The Human Resources Generalist supports the HR department by executing a wide range of HR operations and initiatives across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for facilitating key processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. The HR Generalist ensures smooth day-to-day HR functions while delivering a high-quality experience for employees. You’ll be:

  • Onboarding
    • Delivering corporate new hire induction presentations.
    • Preparing and collecting new hire paperwork, assigning training, and ensuring new employees are properly enrolled in benefits.

  • Compliance & Employee Relations
    • Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.

    • Supporting internal audits and compliance reporting.

The Digital Product Manager will act as the primary business owner for multiple digital assets within Horizon, responsible for partnering in the development and implementation of the Digital Strategy vision.
