How You’ll Make an Impact:
Operational HR Support & Program Delivery
- Respond to colleague inquiries regarding company policies and procedures, helping colleagues navigate HR-related concerns to keep their time and attention focused on their contributions to the organization, modeling our purpose to make lives easier and happier.
- Conduct reporting audits to ensure compliance with legal and company policies and provide suggestions to HR leadership on methods to improve compliance and colleague experience.
- Maintain, analyze, and report on key HR metrics. Leverage HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) to support reporting, data-driven insights, and process improvements.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Compensation teams to support hiring and promotion activities, including work authorization compliance, accuracy of job descriptions, pay change processing, and salary administration protocols.
- Provide support across the full employee life cycle, from guiding new employees through onboarding to coordinating offboarding processes, including exit interviews and the collection of company-issued equipment and materials.
- Update and maintain records in various HR systems, including colleague profiles in HRIS tools, personnel files, and department SOPs.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration activities, including reviewing timecard submissions and partnering with leaders and colleagues to resolve payroll discrepancies, and supporting benefits enrollment and status changes.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Assist the human resources team in conducting investigations and ensure thorough documentation and compliance with company policies and employment laws (e.g., EEO, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA). Provide guidance and support to colleagues and managers regarding workplace concerns, including attendance, conduct, and policy interpretation.
- Support the development, communication, and enforcement of workplace policies and procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance and offer informed guidance on regulatory matters.
- Handle sensitive colleague information with the utmost discretion, maintaining confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
Talent Development & Engagement
- Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate HR-related orientations, trainings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Support organizational initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to drive our high-performance culture, colleague engagement and development, and colleague recognition.β―Initiatives include goal setting, performance reviews, succession planning, recognition programs, engagement surveys and action planning.
- Perform additional responsibilities and special projects assigned by HR leadership.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Four (4) years of progressive HR experience, including time as a HR coordinator or assistant; exposure to both administrative and strategic HR functions preferred.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (EEO, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, status, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner
- Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and meet business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives
- Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts, and propose corrective actions to program partners
- Perform independent schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning. Support development of programmatic opportunities/risks and their mitigation strategies. Ensure mitigation tasks are in the schedule.
- Generate schedule metrics and reports related to execution of the Program and provide monthly status in conjunction with Program Finance
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules and the Program Summary Master Schedule
- Schedule presentations which may include presentations to Program Management, Executive Leadership Team, or customers
- Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management
- Provide assistance and guidance to program manager (PM), technical leads and control account managers (CAM) in developing appropriate schedule tasks, work-flow planning and summary roll-up task
- Identify and develop creative techniques to create, manage, and status an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that integrates both waterfall and Agile methods from a diverse group of stakeholders

Job Summary:
The Junior Structures Estimator will play a crucial role in our project planning and execution phase, focusing on cost estimation, bid proposal preparation, and the initial stages of project management for bridge construction projects. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and effective communication to ensure accurate and competitive project bidding.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- Estimation & Bidding: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for bridge construction projects by analyzing project drawings, specifications, and other documentation. Develop preliminary project schedules.
- Project Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of potential projects to determine feasibility, risk, and profitability. Collaborate with the project management team to align project objectives and strategies. Compile project risk matrix and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Solicitation & Coordination: Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to solicit and evaluate bids, ensuring all estimates include up-to-date pricing and availability of materials and labor. Perform quote comparisons and make recommendations for selection.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients during the bidding process to clarify project requirements, adjustments, and to foster strong professional relationships. Present and explain project proposals to clients, designers, and operations teams.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all estimations, bids, and initial project specifications to ensure transparency and accuracy in project initiation. Assist in oversight of historical cost database, bid management, and estimating software.

Qualifications Requirements:
