Pret A Manger – Team Member

A Pret Team Member or Team Member Star works as part of a team in a Pret shop in the kitchen, front of house and delivery.

They are responsible for creating an efficient & welcoming environment engaging and “wowing” our customers and producing great quality Pret food.

Key focuses for the role are teamwork, 6 key points of service, 6 key points of production, cleanliness, and productivity.

Key responsibilities
  • To maintain good relationships with all of the shop’s team.
  • To take on jobs to balance workload across team.
  • To work in any area FOH and Kitchen, as requested by your manager (Hot Food, Coffee, etc)
  • To work together to ensure the FOH and Kitchen and delivery business is the best it can be.
  • To have a good knowledge of Pret standards in all areas of the shop.
  • To understand the importance of the Hot Chef and Barista roles and have completed the training in these areas, as outlined in the TM* training plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven technology projects, from initiation through to implementation and handover

  • Own delivery plans, RAID logs, budgets, milestones, and reporting across multiple workstreams

Project Manager I

Vendor Management & Project Outsourcing / Work Management & Fulfillment
This role involves executing work assignments across two critical functions: Vendor Management & Project Outsourcing and Work Management & Fulfillment. The position includes prototype project coordination, vendor communications, production scheduling, and customer fulfillment. The Project Manager will receive clear technical direction from Function Coordinators and Specialists while executing established procedures for managing external manufacturing partnerships, coordinating project workflows, and ensuring prototype deliverables reach customers on time and to specification. The role requires precise execution, an understanding of the urgency of prototype manufacturing timelines (CNC and 3D Printing), and the ability to maintain quality standards while managing multiple concurrent projects with varying technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and track order status for outsourced prototype work and materials
  • Receive and inspect vendor deliveries against technical specifications and quality standards
  • Use basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensions and tolerances
  • Update vendor tracking systems and databases with delivery status and quality data
  • Coordinate shipping logistics for outsourced work (material delivery to vendors, prototype returns)
  • File vendor documentation, contracts, and quality records
  • Follow up on routine vendor communications as directed by Specialists
  • Assist with vendor scorecards and performance data collection
  • Communicate technical specifications to vendors
  • Report quality issues or delivery problems
  • Work closely with product managers and observe device manufacturing

Qualifications

  • Comfortable with order management systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a shop floor environment including lifting packages up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:
