As a Product Manager on the Developer Experience Product team, you will be envisioning, designing, and delivering best-in-class solutions that improve the quality of life of our software delivery teams while maintaining the highest quality and security standards. This role sits at the heart of transforming the Capital One Developer Experience. You will be responsible for both defining and executing strategy to improve developer productivity, test automation, and our delivery pipeline. You will partner with tech and design partners to deliver tools and strategy on how developers will write, build, and test their code, and leverage test automation on the DevOps pipeline before releasing the code. You will also drive the experience for adoption of development tools, automated testing and provide the quality measure on the developed software.
This role champions developer needs by leveraging Software Development Life Cycle and industry best practices to establish the developer experience vision and strategies. Responsibilities include defining features and collaborating with technical teams to ensure delivered capabilities meet business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Engaging all stakeholders (Engineers, SDLC, Architecture, Risk, and Cyber) directly through a variety of channels to serve as the voice of the customer internally – identifying new capabilities, defining product features, and working closely with development teams to get those features incorporated
- Interaction with Engineers and understand the technical language to articulate the requirements
- Drive the product management practice within the organization, defining expectations and commitments
- Operationalizing product metrics for the products you own and building the business case for new investment
- Influencing senior stakeholders to use our products and sharing with them the outcomes we are enabling to strengthen investment

Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

Technical Program Manager
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Technical Program Manager is responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs within the organization. This role combines project management expertise with technical knowledge, facilitating cross-functional teams to meet ambitious goals while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The TPM will work closely with vendors, engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, prioritization, and the on-time delivery of high-quality software solutions and systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define and oversee the strategic direction of technical programs and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, project timelines, and resource plans, identifying key milestones and deliverables
