Job description
Asset Acquisition + Project Setup:
- Support Project Director in development of renovation budgets and timelines.
- Review architectural and engineering plans. Coordinate design phase.
- Liaise with planning consultants and internal design team to quickly obtain permits.
- Lead project scope of work development and contractor bidding.
Renovation:
- Manage project budgets and drive project schedules.
- Visit all construction sites weekly and carry out plan checks.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting to Country Manager.
- Push sustainability goals and ensure each building meets Cohabs ESG targets.
Building Opening:
- Support building opening phase – test new MEP systems and appliances and manage the handover process to the Property Management team.
- Assist Decoration Project Manager on FFE installation.
- Develop and maintain punch lists – delegate and follow up with General Contractors, Sub Contractors and Finish Crews .
Closeout / Post Opening:
- Track all spending and work to close out projects following opening.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure invoicing is complete.
- Update cost report with final budget numbers and assist with updating asset financials.
- Manage and respond to post opening maintenance issues during the warranty period.
Preferred experience
- Exceptional judgment and ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
- You have 3+ years of previous experience in Construction Project Management of real estate projects.
- Particularly experience of renovation / repositioning existing buildings.
- Experienced being on site and comfortable challenging contractors.
- You have exceptional judgement and can make sound decisions.
- You have a deep network of partners (contractors, architects, suppliers etc.)
- You know the ins and outs of UK building regulations and have the core regulations committed to memory.
- Very organized and comfortable with data, budgets and reporting.
- A drive to innovate – desire to evolve the product and make each building better.

This initiative focuses on improving AI systems designed for therapeutic-style conversations by evaluating, comparing, and refining model-generated responses.
In this role, you will review pairs of AI-generated replies and assess them against structured criteria (e.g., empathy, emotional insight, communication quality, and appropriateness for supportive dialogue). When needed, you will also produce clear, improved rewrites that better meet the project’s standards. Your work will directly support research teams as they strengthen safe, supportive, and human-aligned AI behavior in mental-health-oriented conversation settings.
