Job Overview:

This role is in tandem with other functions viz. CM, CD-Ops, CD-Finance, CD-Supply Chain. The role assists the KAM in handling the account portfolio. The right candidate for this role needs to be good at customer relations and maintaining a great & positive working equation with counterparts. The role requires one to be process-oriented, highly disciplined with timelines, and have a very strong business understanding.

  • Driving the right mix and activation with the customer through effectively planning the promotions and investments along with the KAM and CMM is needed for the role to drive the business in the right direction.
  • Ensuring that operations are aligned and smooth will be your responsibility so that the business grows on the back of a strong supply chain.
  • Maintaining stock levels, ensuring good supply fills to customers, and firefighting concerns will be key actionable amongst others.

The Senior Sales Executive would be required to drive sales and distribution for the company products and manage his allocated territory and the customer.

JOB SUMMARY (JOB DESCRIPTION)

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in General Trade, Channel Sales experience, ROI calculations and distributor handling.
  • Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting market) and driving RS system.
  • Analyse how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service.
  • Negotiate with his RS and develop his people on managing customers to obtain more business.
  • Monitor closely the competitive activities and provide feedback to the branch on appropriate action that the company needs to take to counter such activities.

Role purpose

To support the Global Business Integrity Team in their business partnering, core compliance and investigations to ensure we help the business perform with integrity. Responsibilities

– Have a key role in the management of the speak up programme, producing reports, ensuring timely and quality closure of cases, as well as providing guidance and feedback to investigators

– Perform quality control checks on investigations reports and outcomes, ensuring alignment with Unilever policies and standards

– Triage and resolve conflict of interest and gifts & hospitality disclosures, applying a risk-based approach and escalating issues as appropriate
