  • Source and engage passive talent through creative outreach, networking, and a deep presence in the global Design & Creative communities.
  • Evaluate creative portfolios with a critical eye, identifying high-quality work that aligns with our brand standards and technical needs.
  • Advise on market trends, providing hiring managers with data-driven insights on the competitive landscape for creative talent.
  • Enhance the candidate experience, serving as an ambassador who can articulate our design vision and culture with passion.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a significant portion dedicated to hiring Design and Creative professionals (Product Designers, Art Directors, UX Researchers, etc.).
  • A strong portfolio-review skill set, with the ability to discuss design process, hierarchy, and execution as a peer to the hiring manager.
  • Success in a fast-paced environment, either in-house at a tech-forward company or within a high-caliber creative agency.
  • Mastery of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dribbble, Behance, and other design-centric platforms.
  • Experience managing complex offers, including a strong grasp of equity structures, relocation, and competitive creative compensation.
  • A history of building diverse teams, with a proven ability to source and advocate for underrepresented talent in the creative space.

You Are:

  • A Craft Enthusiast: You genuinely appreciate great design and enjoy keeping up with the latest trends in UI/UX and brand storytelling.
  • A Strategic Consultant: You don’t just take orders; you provide value by challenging assumptions and offering solutions to hiring bottlenecks.
  • An Exceptional Communicator: You can translate complex business needs into a compelling narrative for candidates.
  • Highly Empathetic: You understand the unique motivations of creative people and tailor your approach to build genuine, long-term rapport.
  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in “clean” data, organized pipelines, and a polished, professional candidate journey.
