Digital Marketing Manager
Responsible for: This Digital Marketing role sits at the heart of CRC Evans’ global repositioning. It is an opportunity to help bring our brand repositioning to life, support market diversification, and build a digital marketing presence that reflects the scale, capability and ambition of our business.
Working across international teams, regions and time zones, the role will help ensure CRC Evans shows up consistently, credibly and competitively to customers worldwide. Remit & Responsibilities:
Digital Delivery & Optimisation
- Day-to-day management and optimisation of the CRC Evans website and CMS which was built in 2023 as a MVP and is currently undergoing redevelopment.
- Working with internal teams and agency partners to improve user journeys, content performance and conversion
- Ownership of website updates, landing pages and performance tracking
Search & Demand Generation
- Hands-on delivery and optimisation of SEO and PPC activity
- Keyword research, on-page optimisation and performance reporting
- Working with agency partners where required, with increasing ownership in-house
Email & CRM
- Planning and execution of email and eCRM activity
- Managing campaign set-up, segmentation, testing and reporting
- Supporting lead nurturing and sales enablement activity
Social Media & Content Distribution
- Full-time management of B2B social channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn – working with a part time content and online PR specialist.
- Scheduling, publishing and optimising content in line with brand and business priorities
- Amplifying key content, campaigns and commercial messages
Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Working closely with a lead digital agency to deliver a fast-to-market digital plan
- Acting as the day-to-day digital lead internally, managing priorities and expectations
- Translating business needs into effective digital execution
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing
- Strong execution capability, with a specialism in at least one of the following: Website and CMS management (WordPress)
- Social media (particularly LinkedIn)
- CRM / eCRM – any platform
- Confidence working with agencies and multiple internal stakeholders
- A delivery mindset: organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace

Graduate Development Programme

The Commission is looking to recruit graduates for our Graduate Development Programme (“GDP”) to join in 2024 and 2025. The GDP is open to graduates with a degree in any discipline. The GDP is full time and salaried. It is designed to lead to a permanent Analyst job at the Commission upon completion. Successful applicants to the GDP will spend time in the regulatory divisions as well as undertaking external courses and developing professionally.
Successful applicants for the GDP are expected to have the following key attributes:

Placement Years
Looking for a one-year placement? The Commission is keen to support Graduates in their penultimate year with finding a fascinating placement which provides an introduction to financial regulation. Placement years are currently available for 2025 and 2026. Graduates are encouraged to return to a career at the Commission after graduation and if you have previously completed a placement year at the Commission, you will be eligible to join our Graduate Development Programme on a fast-track, completing the full programme and becoming an Analyst after just one further year in role (usually a two-year programme).
