SAP is hiring eligible and interested applicants for the post of Senior Developer Content – Human Capital Management (HCM) at their Bangalore, India locations.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand the business requirements of our on-premise HCM customers in the area of Personnel Administration and Time Management
- Translate localization or country-specific business requirements to standardized business configuration
- Use Business Integration Builder (BIB) to create such a standard business configuration for our customers to migrate/replicate their personnel data to Employee Central and vice-versa
- Identify means by which our customers and implementation partners can quickly adapt and apply the Best Practice business configuration for accelerating their cloud transformation.
- Provide standard implementation of business logic in ABAP within Business Add-Ins (BADIs) to adhere to localized requirements or wherever applicable
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology (or similar area) would be preferred 8+ years of professional experience
- Working experience in SAP ERP HCM – Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Time Management and standard integrations, preferably in a global setup
- Coding experience in ABAP development environment is essential, including Business Add-ins (BADIs) implementations
- Knowledge of Integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central would be a plus
- Effective Communication and Collaboration skills in a global team setup
