We are seeking a creative and dynamic Motion Graphics Designer Intern to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals in creating compelling and innovative visual content for digital media platforms, including YouTube and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital design, social media trends, and a desire to learn and grow within the field of motion graphics.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and creating animations and motion graphics for various digital platforms such as social media (YouTube, Instagram), websites, and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging video content for YouTube and Instagram stories, posts, and promotions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Job Requirement

Job Responsibility:
- Vendor collection Back-end SPOC will be primarily responsible for vendor management and collection related MIS on settlement and waiver.
- He/She must be very good MS excel, MS Word skills to work on various files and quick summarization of data.
- Vendor management will be integral part of the profile.
- Develop and implement effective collections MIS and take it up internal (Product and Development) team which will enable in effective collection.
- Manage a team of collections agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of the collections team, implementing measures to improve productivity and success rates.
- Review and evaluate delinquent accounts, determining appropriate actions to be taken in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and customer service, to resolve complex or escalated customer issues.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in collections, implementing new strategies or technologies as needed to improve efficiency and results.

Job Requirement
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in collections, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of collections practices, laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to collections challenges.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all records and communications.
