campaign ops
- own the internal workflow of gathering and validating campaign requirements from CRED product/ business teams and working with design/copy/ and tech teams to ensure smooth execution
- work on creating the campaign on the app screens, with strict adherence to TAT and quality metrics
- evangelize best practices and guidelines across internal teams for improving the campaign experience for members
- maintain the campaign calendar and ensure the requests are processed in a timely manner
- monitor the performance of campaigns on parameters like (but not limited to) delivery, accuracy, and latency. help business teams improve the outcomes by sharing relevant insights
- you have up to 2 years of work experience preferably in the fintech domain
- you have basic knowledge of SQL and data structures like decision tree
- you have familiarity with API platforms, like postman
- you have previous experience in campaign management and cross-functional collaboration across internal teams like design, copy, product, and procurement
- you are structured, resourceful, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive in ambiguity
- experience in experimentation and UAT(user acceptance testing) for release management would be an added advantage.
flutter intern
- work on a disruptive product that’s still in its early stages
- be responsible for the development and maintenance of the CRED app aimed at a vast number of diverse devices
- develop new features & user interfaces from wireframe models
- translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the CRED app

- extensive knowledge of mobile app development (from coding to publishing the app)
- in-depth understanding of Flutter framework
- hands-on experience building apps in Flutter
- understanding of design guidelines and best practices in Flutter

- proficiency with RESTful APIs to connect mobile apps to back-end services

senior backend developer – wealth
