Role Summary:

As a Product Manager, you would play a key role in contributing your key skills to the innovation first, disruptive, product development teams of a rapidly growing global ad tech organization that is media.net, thereby accelerating our company’s product excellence in the world of ad tech, a multi-billion dollar industry that is growing at an exponential rate every year fueling spot on search & discovery + monetization of commerce on the internet. You would be a part of our Global Product teams, getting great & crucial exposure to the dynamics & everyday working of product management of a global platform that is media.net.

Key Responsibilities:

● Define the product roadmap and ensure successful product delivery: own the product life cycle, which includes defining the product roadmap, working closely with the engineering team on feature specification and making decisions about implementation.

● Evaluate technologies and identify opportunities to innovate and improve our features and capabilities.

● Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to the product/business objectives.

● Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate constantly and quickly

● Work with development, test, business leadership and our partner teams to ensure that products meet the functional, quality, performance, scalability, privacy, security and usability goals.

● Work on capacity planning based on new customers and partners on boarding and expected traffic growth.

● Write Quality functional & performance specs and lead your feature team in shipping features on time with high quality

● You will be charged with competition review and analysis, prioritizing features that provide us a competitive advantage, furthering the revenue objectives of the company and delivering a kick-ass user experience, for these projects.

● Work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong passion for quality, security and performance

Who should apply for this role?

●2-4 years of experience in a product management ecosystem, delivering highly successful and innovative product solutions (near term & long term both).

● MBA/PG from an institute of excellence highly preferred.

Campaign Manager – Performance Marketing

Campaign Manager (Performance Marketing)

The campaign manager is responsible for the technical implementation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. This role involves ad trafficking, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring accurate and efficient campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of Google Ads, and a meticulous approach to campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup and Management: Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, & UAC.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate insightful reports to communicate actionable, campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and ASO to enhance campaign performance.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking discrepancies, and ad disapprovals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Competitor Research: Periodically monitor and evaluate competitor best practices to stay ahead and grow market share.
  • Automation: Utilize Google Scripts/rules to automate repetitive tasks and optimize campaign management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience in digital ad operations with a focus on Google Ads.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Tag Manager, Google Analytics.
  • Experience with AppTweak, Adjust, and other ASO and tracking tools.
  • Excellent at data handling and insight generation, proficiency in Excel & PPT.
  • Strong technical skills. Experience with HTML, JavaScript, SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing), Facebook, affiliate marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
