Working experience in compensation and Benefits or similar role, experience in managing PMS cycle from Goal setting to Annual Appraisal cycle, Exposure of Expat Management

Responsibilities

  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Research and understand current compensation and benefits trends and best practices
  • Design, develop and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Understand salary surveys and ability to analyse the survey data.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of the compensation and benefits programs, and recommend improvements and enhancements as needed.
  • Address employee queries and complaints regarding compensation and benefits policies

Knowledge of building salary scales and benefits packages and of job evaluation and job classification processes

  • Performance Management
  • PMS Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing performance management systems and processes that support the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop performance appraisal tools and methodologies.
  • Performance Evaluation
  • Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal process
  • Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on performance evaluation techniques and best practices
  • Facilitate the goal-setting process to ensure individual and departmental objectives are aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor and review employee goals and performance metrics
  • Payroll Management and Expatriation
  • Manage and oversee the accurate processing and calculation of salary payments, benefits, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance, laws and regulations related to payroll and taxes

Address issues and questions regarding payroll top management

Perform audits and reconciliations of payroll information

Determining the base salary and other extras (such as bonuses) that the expatriate would earn if based in the home country

About the job

Key Deliverables:

1. Scheduling the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels

2. Adherence of Monitoring – Plan vs. Actual and MIS Reporting.

3. Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries

4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan, and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production

5. Have an Understanding and ability to manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule.

Role Description:

1. Ensure materials are received on time, commodity like hardware, fabrication, casting, hoses, machining parts, proprietary parts etc.

2. Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.

3. Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement

4. Utilize Material Requirements Planning system and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required.

5. Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy

6. Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels.

7. Minimize obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability.

8. Generate and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands

9. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries made on time

10. Resolve supplier concerns and evaluate supplier performance in conjunction with members of the purchasing team.

Having Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
