Key Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  1.        Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy                 particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  2. Major Activities/ Tasks:

1. Ensuring all outstanding against channel finance are taken and receipts of the same are punched .

2. Ensure All bank receipts & Bill Discounting receipts are posted immediately .

3. Monthly preparation of NSR for various products and timely provisioning of all Discounts .

4. Checking of credit worthiness of overdue customers, taking approval/consent with higher authorities for further dispatches

5. Reconciliations, DN/ CN, Virtual Bank Accounts, LC, BG, Customer Visits .

6. Receivables controls and overdue collections. GST declarations .

7. Should be part of Digitalization team for automation and digitalization of existing process and brining industry best & next processes .

8. Strong internal control on all transaction from order to cash

9. Ensure compliance with DOP and policies for routine transactions. Providing input/ support for improvement in existing policies /DOP.

10. Evaluate process-related risks, frauds, controls, compliance with statutory and company policies.

JSW Steel – Deputy Manager/Manager – Ethics – Forensic Investigation

Role : Deputy Manager / Manager Ethics.

Educational Background and Work Experience

– 2 to 7 years in the field of investigation and Ethics compliance

– Chartered Accountant/MBA

– Experience in forensic investigation is Mandatory .

Responsibility :

1.Conduct investigations pursuant to complaints and allegations of ethical wrongdoing or conflicts of interest, including performing thorough interviews while ensuring the rights of interviewees, gathering and analyzing data and conducting research.

2.Complete thorough and well-documented investigations with personal and professional integrity in finding unbiased facts and maintaining confidentiality to all participants to the fullest extent possible while demonstrating knowledge of generally accepted investigative standards, principles and techniques.

3.Strategically plan each investigation and manage the logistics of travel, work space and appointment scheduling.

4.Prepare written investigative reports.

5.Provide sound analysis, solid data, confirmed facts, and insights into understanding the root causes.

6.Employ active listening skills to interview objectively and without leading the responses while asking open-ended questions; and demonstrate the ability to ask difficult questions in a non-judgmental manner.

7.Develop and maintains confidential procedures for the handling and processing of complaints and allegations.

8.Support other ethics investigators on standard ethics investigation processes and templates to ensure reports are timely, concise, and thorough

9.Provide overall online data intake and data base case management under the direction of the Ethics Lead.

10.Develop relationships with peers and leaders in other functions.

Role :

Manager / Deputy Manager Costing.

Purpose :

1. Profitability is one of the key drivers for success of great organization. To ensure this, a team has been created at Corporate level under Chairman and Joint Managing Director to monitor the profitability of entire steel business (India as well as Overseas) and also evaluate each element for EBIDTA maximization be it plant operation, procurement side as well as sales side.

2. Frequent visits to plant locations across India to understand the business, its enablers and concern areas

3. Regular interaction with procurement team, Sales & Marketing team and other functional teams to perform the given task, to highlight the opportunities in order to improve profitability and update the Management

4. Preparation of monthly MIS reports like consolidated profitability, analysis of Sales realization, cost sheets and variance analysis reports for the top management.

5. Review & monitoring of product costing of all units to facilitate decision-making by the management.

6. Highlighting key issues to management for further decision.

7. Preparation of necessary analytics to highlight key business performance drivers; Identifying risks and opportunities.

8. Evaluation of green-field/ brown-field Business Opportunities.

Educational Background and Work Experience.

B.E./ B. Tech/ MBA/ CMA/ CA with 5-10 years of Work Experience Good in advance excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills.

Educational Background:- MBA in HR/ PMIR/ Hospitality Management/ Personnel Administration/Facility Management
