Executive N – Corporate Audit ( Internal Audit)

Job Details

      1. Assist Manager in developing and executing the Annual audit plan, and take a lead role in the day to day execution of internal audits.
      2. Contribute to the Internal Audit (IA) function by identifying risks associated with business objectives and evaluating the controls in place to mitigate those risks in order to improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
      3. Ensuring completion of Audit plan as per schedule for empanelled external auditors and providing guidance and support to them in execution of Audits.
      4. Provide value-added advice and support to business partners on the creation or modification of policies, procedures, processes, products or services to ensure an appropriate level of internal control and compliance is maintained.
      5. Engaging with the Auditee for finalization of dates of Audit engagement and Assisting the Manager in the collecting information and documents relevant to be used for preparation of Audit Planning Memorandum (APM)
      6. Identifying transactional discrepancies/inconsistencies in data extracted form ERP/MIS through Auditing Tools, Exception Reports or Manual Analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to Production process as per laid down procedures and instructions
  • Ensure Raw Material additions as per the batch requirements
  • Carry out required transactions and process records in SAP
  • Update Environmental and Quality Records regularly
  • Report to Superiors on progress of the Plan/Production details and other issues within the Section.
  • Plan shift activities with respect to manpower, machine, batches, etc.
  • Deploy operators in every shift and ensure batch charging/processing as per planning schedule.
  • Ensure all in-process checks are carried as per process guidelines
  • Fill up the shift report at the end of the shift and update efficiency records for all the operators in the shift.
  • Capture all equipment breakdowns in SAP
  • Take daily sectional round.
  • Plan for availability of consumables; raise requisition for consumables from stores monitor the stocks levels in section.
  • Ensure proper shop floor and machine/equipment hygiene.

Qualifications: B.Sc chemistry, M.Sc chemistry.

EXECUTIVE N – SHARED SERVICES

External Job Description

Job Purpose
To process invoices within agreed SLA with due compliance of applicable laws and to suggest improvement in the existing Processes

Primary Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency:
Timely Invoice processing and payment within the agreed SLA
Perform accounts approval for all vendor code routed through MDG within the agreed SLA
Coordinate with stakeholders from other functions to close any queries pertaining to invoices.
Strive to convert maximum vendors on e-payment
Compliance:
Ensure necessary checks for compliance of GST and Company Manuals.
Accounting Hygiene:
Scrutiny of open items/balances, Advances, reconciliation and closure.
Reporting:
Preparation, monitoring and circulation of periodic reports on payment performance, advances,
creditors etc. Revert and CAPA to be set for Audit and other Quality reports.
Process Improvements/ Projects:
Analyse area of work and give suggestions for improvement. Participate in the projects for Automation of processes.

Other Responsibilities:
To act as a back up to respective officer handling various portfolio in the Compliance workgroup.
