Associate Manager – EHS

Responsibilities

1.   To follow and implement Solar Project Safety Management System at respective workareas.
2.   Responsible for supporting contractor for developing OHS documents (RA, OHS Plan, Training Plan, JSA)
3.   Coordinate and implement safety initiatives at site engaging contractors.
4.   Organize safety meetings with contractors and contractor safety team.
5.   Ensure the implementation of trade validation, RAG and other safety tools.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Recognised full time Engineering Degree/Diploma and Full time ADIS/PDIS preferebly from CLI/RLI. Additional advantage for CSP,CMIOSH, NEBOSH, Lead Auditor in OHSAS18001, ISO45000 etc.

EHS Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive EHS Management system in F&M, Cell ,Module ,Warehouse and other departments • Collect, analyze and monitor EHS data- leading indicators, lagging indicators related • Maintenance of up to date MIS data related to EHS and preparation of EHS review meeting presentations. • Monitor Critical Activities on site & correct the unsafe practices/conditions through stop the line approach. • Maintain EHS software tools- e.g. incident management, actions tracking, permit to work, MOC etc. • Lead the Management of change(MOC) program for new/modified equipment/ processes or facilities • Implementation and Monitoring of Permit to Work System. • Carry out and updating the inspections & audits observations of EHS department on daily basis in single list of action items • Carry out IH qualitative and quantitative assessment and ensure implementation of controls through concerned department. • Develop Ergonomics assessment and controls for office and shop floor workstations • Review effectiveness of general ventilation and LEV through periodic measurement and monitoring • Identification of Hazard, Risk, and Unsafe condition, Unsafe act & support of immediate actions and corrective /preventive actions to the concerned department • Near-miss reporting & Investigation to avoid any major accidents. • Monitor contractor safety through contractor safety management program. • Develop various EHS training programs, assessment methods and track the trainings data. HVAC MEP- Engineering

Responsibilities

Preparation and assisting the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in the mechanical design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for the design projects
Participation in design progress and design coordination meetings
Previous HVAC engineering experience and a subject matter expert in the discipline of HVAC engineering discipline are required
Up-to-date relevant knowledge of the HVAC engineering and industry best practice, appropriate to the relevant discipline
HVAC design contents as assigned
Support the senior project team in the overall implementation of the HVAC engineering strategy and framework for the designated project
Ensure all systems, design information, procedures and quality systems are effectively communicated to sub contractor

Project Engineering

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Package Engineering of Process Packages and Utility Packages (e.g. Process Plants inclusive of major mechanical equipment like Pumps, compressors, blowers, reactors , pressure vessels ,Package engineering , Special Gases , ASUs etc.)
• Coordination with Engineering/EPC suppliers/Consultants for Project related activities to ensure timely completion of design and engineering of all mechanical packages.
• Shall have good knowledge of PFDs ,P&IDs, Cause & Effect Matrices. And shall be instrumental in preparing Mechanical data sheets , RFQs, Vendor offer evaluations, Issue of TBE reports and engineering document reviews .
• Review of Engineering Design basis / Tender Specifications / Technical Bid Evaluations / Post Order Vendor print review and approvals of all type of Mechanical Equipment. Preparation/review of As built engineering documents of the equipment/ packages handled.
• Establish safe Erection and handling methodology of all equipment based on recommended OEM Manual and ensure the installation are carried out accordingly.
• Multi-disciplinary coordinate with Civil, Electrical and Control& Instrumentation team for the finalization of Design and Engineering activities
•  Candidate shall have previous exposure to engineering of Process Plants  an Utility projects and shall have good knowledge of international codes and standards.
• Familiar with relevant Indian and International Codes & Standards
• Exposure to latest engineering Softwares like  PV Lites ,AutoCAD, SP3D, PDS, Line Sizing etc will be an added advantage.
• Coordination with site commissioning & erection team , resolving engineering issues on site  in line with the discussions with OEM / Engineering Consultants / Process Licensors etc..  .
• Completing quality assurance on all engineering deliverables and their implementations in projects, and weekly/fortnight/monthly engineering progress reports.
•  Adopt robust safety practice while selection of mechanical equipment to avoid any consequences at site
• Follow the schedule and Share the progress MIS to senior management
• To provide training and support to site team & GETs.
• Preparation of SOP & Engineering schedules, checking for proper adherence of PM schedule.
• Safety awareness and implementation.
• Familiar with HSE, QMS , HAZOP ,Safety Studies and Value Engineering.
• Follow necessary compliances as per HSE/QMS guideline.
• Facilitates necessary support during statutory approvals from authorities.
