The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development : Onboarding host locations for Charging Infrastructure in respective assigned cities to setup the fast chargers
  • Host Engagement : nurturing and building relationships with all hosts and working with internal teams to execute events, campaigns and related activities.
  • Business tools: Regular tracking of bug closure for various tools used for the operations.
  • Charge Experience: Work closely with the consumer facing teams to identify charging concerns, documenting them and working with central teams to solve the same.
  • Charging Infrastructure Operations Team: Coordination of installation and bug resolutions with Operations team.
  • Ensure Charging Infrastructure readiness across all assigned cities.
  • Operational & relationship management with all hosts. Local Alliance and local govt bodies within the hub.
  • Liaison with government entities and DISCOM for new updates in EV policies and for Tenders and announcements.

Area Vehicle Service Manager

  • Ensure that the kPIs of the doorstep service teams are met, while keeping in mind great customer experience – at coco and doco locations.
  • Monitor and control the service quality as per Ather standards, through adoption of best practices and service sops at service centers and for the service fleet.
  • Monitor customer complaints, ensure redressal, and initiate necessary corrective actions.
  • Pdi (support) / warranty management.
  • Provide technical support to the local doorstep service team across coco and doco locations.
  • Plan and support service marketing activities in the city.
  • Support establishment of vehicle service set up in all launch markets.
  • Support service strategy team to document service sops and service manual.
  • Ensure a high level of competence for the service center and service fleet teams through training needs analysis.

What You’ll Do at Ather

  • Operational Responsibilities:
    • Be part of the team that defines Ather’s next generation of products.
    • Create and evangelize ride experiences frameworks for various consumer segments.
    • Define safety attribute requirements and lead safety experience exploration projects.
    • Contextualize and evangelize safety experiences to each product and market placement.
  • Envisioning Phase:
    • Work with the Customer Insights team to understand market segments and needs regarding ride experiences.
    • Conduct regular user interviews to gather safety experience requirements.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to hypothesize future need states and market trends.
    • Develop and pitch experience stories to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work with Product Line Managers, Product Owners, and Functional Team Leads to pitch safety experiences and ensure they are integrated into the product.
  • Proof of Concept (POC) Phase:
    • Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to build POCs for the experiences.
    • Understand the feasibility of features, timelines, scale, and costs.
    • Update the product vision and value proposition based on POC outcomes.
    • Ensure alignment on Time, Cost, and Quality (TCQ) parameters with Product Owners.
  • Development Phase:
    • Act as part of the response team when TCQ parameters go out of bounds.
    • Define usage journeys and safety experience fits for various consumer personas.
  • Live Product Phase:
    • Understand features that drive sales and build customer loyalty.
    • Track CSAT/NPS and field issues, working with the Product Quality team.
    • Prioritize problem statements for Product Owners.
    • Develop an evolving product vision and roadmap based on continuous learning.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the automotive or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Team management experience preferred, but not required.
  • Multiple stakeholder and program management experience.
  • A UX fanatic with good aesthetic/design sensibilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of SQL or any data querying language will be a bonus.
  • Experience writing crystal clear solution documents that enable collaboration.
