Job Summary:

Responsible for nurturing and building ‘Ultraviolette’ as a premium, aspirational brand across categories – deriving equity from its genesis in the sport motorcycling segments. The candidate would be responsible for Comms. projects across the spectrum of traditional & digital media. In addition, he/she would lead the mandate for Influencers, Alliances & Partnerships along with being the pivot in the marketing team for short & mid term business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own all communication prerogatives for the brand across ATL & BTL media.
  • Proposing a framework for Communication initiatives, backed with empirical data and aligned with business objectives.
  • Executing the framework thus proposed and approved, liaising with multiple internal & external stakeholders to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Soliciting, negotiating & executing alliances with brands/institutions in the same space as Ultraviolette
  • Create a content engine emanating from the activation calendar that aid the cause of building Ultraviolette’s equity as India’s #1 homegrown performance motorcycle brand.

Requirements

  • Tier 1 / Tier 2 B-school post-grad in Marketing with experience in a customer-facing brand, preferably in a high involvement category
  • Relevant Brand Marketing experience in a customer-facing, high involvement category for at least 3 years.
  • Strong communicator with a clarity of thought & bias-to-action
  • Must have exceptional verbal/written skills
  • Willingness to travel across India, frequently and consistently
  • Must be up-to-date with new media practices & be proactive in building relationships with Creators

Responsibilities:

– Design, build and bring into production high performance power conversion systems for use in automotive applications.

– Define testing architecture, enumerate test cases, implement firmware/software for automating the R&D and production testing.
