Job Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager for our Lenskart Academy location in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the academy, managing the staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a reported employee count of 51-200.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Lenskart Academy in Noida, including managing staff, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Train and develop academy staff in product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to optimize the presentation of eyewear products and create an appealing shopping environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and coordinate with the central inventory management team to ensure product availability.

Job responsibilities :

  • Owns video content production and post production for EB at LK
  • Uses his/her/their creative flair to tell compelling stories through video content
  • Maintains high standards of video quality and accuracy, ensuring that all content adheres to LK’s brand guidelines and EVP
  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop campaigns aimed at providing a positive experience to talent

 

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Should be a graduate (preferably in Communication
  • Should have 2 years & above experience of working with video content for a similar brand (tech/ D2C/ fashion etc.)
  • Familiarity with on ground photoshoot execution and tech equipment handling
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Audacity
  • Hands-on experience in using edit tools available on social media to make reels, YouTube shorts, etc.
  • Basic understanding of social media channels and performance (Linkedin, Instagram, X)

What You Will Bring to This Role
