Key Responsibilities:
• Role will involve providing technical guidance about EV Home Chargers & DC Fast chargers, while also driving business alliances with charging point operators (CPOs).
• Continuous coordination with various stakeholders to expand our electric vehicle charging infrastructure and enhance customer offerings.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the usage and engagement of Kia’s EV Charging App among customers and partners.
• Setup strategies & work on integrating advanced features, improving user adoption, and ensuring that the systems support the sales team’s objectives and workflows effectively Regular coordination with finance for budget and vendor payments.
Required Skillsets
• Minimum 3 years of overall work experience.
• Well versed with the software development processes with relevant experience in management of
digital platforms and tools
• Good experience in Strategy & Consulting
• Prefer analytical and problem-solving skills plus abilities to understand data generated.
• Transparency and the highest level of professional integrity
• Good understanding of EV Charging Ecosystem.

Revenue Controller – Finance

•Validation of new business proposals for revenue generation.
•Process setting for new business proposals to remain compliant.
•Revenue Analysis to maximize profit and identify opportunities and risks.
•Simulation to predict accurate forecast for revenue and discounts.
•Control Revenue & Marketing Expenses (Scheme and & Discounts).
•Provision management and scheme settlements.
•Month end closing and variance analysis.
•Monthly Revenue / Expenses reconciliation with SAP Vs DMS.
•Identifying reconciliation gaps and follow up with related team for resolution.
•Interacting with Internal/External auditor to ensure that revenue recognition interpretation are consistent and adhere to GAAP/IRFS.
•Support to drive Annual Business Plan activities & managing Monthly Budget & Forecast.

•Creation / Capitalize / Disposal / Scrap / Transfer / Sale / review of Fixed assets Projects.
•Assets under Construction (AUC)-Reporting and Analysis
•Consolidation of fixed assets risk and review the health of key areas.
•Reconcile Depreciation Balance / AUC / Acquisition.
•Support in External Audit / KSOX.
•Maintain Fixed Asset Register / Capital Spend recording.
•Study, Review and update of Internal controls around Key processes of fixed Assets.
•Keep pace with numerous changes which are happing in accounting methodology across industries.
•Conduct physical verification of Assets periodically and maintain record.
•Support stakeholders on accounting and manage any changes to fixed assets.
