In the capacity of an Administrative Assistant (“AA”) you are required to support multiple senior stakeholders based globally (APAC, Europe & US). At BCG, AAs are an essential part of the team and are expected to grow throughout their careers, building and improving their skills to match the evolving needs of BCG. Taking full responsibility for maintaining their stakeholders’ demanding schedules, our AAs are expected to act with initiative and be pro-active, as well as being able to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. Junior Specialist- Intern
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Knowledge Curation activities, such as identifying, extracting and sanitizing meaningful content across various document repositories and sharing it back with the BCG community

Senior Specialist – Travel
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This position is within the travel department and will primarily concentrate on overseeing car operations for BCG India. As BCG is a travel-intensive organization where travel plays a crucial role in delivering services to clients globally, this role is key in managing car service providers and ensuring high-quality service for BCG travelers. The role involves close collaboration with the Senior Manager – Travel and Events. Responsibilities include vendor governance, negotiating contracts with service providers, and ensuring compliance with transportation policies and procedures.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
• Identify, strategize, and implement initiatives for cost optimization, employee safety and
security during commutes, and environmental sustainability.
• Oversee daily car rental operations and vendor management to ensure they meet agreedupon
KPIs.

Knowledge Analyst – Growth & Innovation Analytics
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Knowledge Analyst (KA) within BCG’s Center for Growth & Analytics and Corporate Finance Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing functional expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
Additionally, you will support your topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. Regional Practice Area Manager – Operations
What You’ll Do
As a Regional Practice Area Manager within BCG’s Operations Practice Area (PA), you will be a key thought partner, supporting regional leadership in setting the strategic agenda and defining implementation activities for the business. Additionally, you will provide ad hoc support for priority initiatives across the PA. Collaborating closely with PA leadership, you will drive coordination and development of the PA business in Asia Pacific. Your responsibilities will include managing the creation and facilitation of the people plan, and supporting Regional PALs on people, business, events, and communications topics. Furthermore, you will engage in business analysis and planning, reporting, internal communication, and affiliation activities. You will occasionally provide inputs to the Practice’s Marketing Senior Director to plan publications, and internal and external events for the PA in the region.
Regional Leadership Support:
- Together with the Regional Leadership team – develop an annual plan, set priorities, and guide implementation/ tracking of progress
Business Reporting:
- Own end-to-end ongoing and ad-hoc business reporting needs for the region
- Establish ongoing, early visibility on commercial pipeline using Client view
Affiliation, engagement, communications, and meetings:
- Lead regional marketing activities including internal communications (e.g., regional newsletter, other regional Practice Area leader communications, etc.)
- Work with leadership to set agenda for and develop communication for OPS affiliates in the region
- Drive planning for AP OPS leadership and regional meetings including OPS sessions at functional conferences in AP and Global OPS Meetings
