1. Supply Chain Management
– Oversee the entire supply chain lifecycle, from procurement to inventory management,

– Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to avoid overstocking or understocking at all

– Develop strategies to optimize storage, distribution, and replenishment systems for 800
makeup SKUs across multiple channels.
2. Inventory Optimization

3. SOP Development

4. Warehouse & Logistics Operations
– Establish efficient warehousing practices, ensuring that all makeup products are stored in

5. Team Leadership & Development
