As a member of the Consumables Customer Service Team, you take responsibility for providing an exceptional customer service experience focused on first contact resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of phone calls, chats, and emails in Call Center environment.

This is an hourly hybrid onsite position that requires flexibility in work schedule, occasional overtime, and the ability to work late the last working day of each month.

- Handle campaign and budget continuations, adhering to budget and campaign deadlines.
- Project manage Tier 1 media plans, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
- Track project status, timelines, and budget execution, and provide support to the SMEs to ensure the project progresses as planned.
- Collaborate with the digital media team to provide budget updates and create monthly reports on project status.
