What You’ll Bring
· Experience in one or more of these areas: Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.

· Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel required; Tableau (or similar BI tool), SQL, Python or R a plus.

· Track record of building and delivering presentations that clearly and simply communicate complex ideas, quantitative insights and recommendations to senior executives.
· BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Consultant level the base salary pay range is $96,000 to $177,000. For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
The individual in this role will help identify opportunities in the market with target clients and will partner closely with our selling teams to qualify and advance deals. QTC Billing – Salesforce Billing Solution Architect – Global Salesforce, US
The Solution Architect serves as subject matter expert on Salesforce Billing projects, responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. The Solution Architect works closely with the Product Owner and Technical Architect to understand requirements and enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical leader for Salesforce Billing projects onsite at client locations
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce Billing platform
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
- Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers
- Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
- Provide expertise during sales efforts to estimate the technical level of effort
- Present to potential clients during sales efforts and be able to pull together quick proof of concepts as needed

- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce platform experience (4+ years preferred)
- Complete understanding of data models and product/pricing master data management
- Knowledge of the full billing cycle including: Invoicing, Invoice Templates, Payment and Payment Gateway configuration. Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting, and integration into the ERP system
- Experience in B2B or B2C E-Commerce is highly desired
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
- Prior experience as a Solution Architect or similar role on 3+ projects that were at least 6 months in duration
