Job Description:

The Client Outreach team are the front line unit who work with clients as part of meeting Know Your Client (KYC) periodic refresh and remediation requirements. We work in close collaboration with Global Corporate and Investment Bankers and Global Markets Sales to support the Bank’s global regulatory and policy requirements as it relates Client Due Diligence (CDD) documentation collection, with support from Operations and Global Financial Crimes Risk teams. The team identifies and develops client connections, engages client representatives to obtain KYC documentation, and acts as a coordination point for resolving issues/challenges with respect to client and country specific documentation requirements in a timely manner.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Initiate outreach to clients for the primary purpose of collection of outstanding KYC refresh requirements
  • Interact with AML Operations, GFC, Banking Teams and other internal groups in order to ensure ongoing refreshes are completed in a timely manner
  • Complete daily updates within internal system of record to ensure transparency with management on status of pending items
  • Escalate issues that arise from an end to end process to ensure workflow is progressing effectively
  • Become proficient in Customer Due Diligence procedures with the ability to communicate regulatory & procedural asks with clients
  • Proactively drive the collection of KYC requirements in order to abide by Refresh due dates
  • Consistently meet with team lead to ensure expectations and goals are achieved
  • Communicates the risks and impacts of non compliance with KYC processes, including restrictions, closures, and refusal to provide requirements with key stakeholders

Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing payment processing solutions to small business clients primarily through 1:1 partnerships with assigned group of small business specialists, financial centers, and other internal partners. Key responsibilities include consulting with small business clients to understand their priorities and provide solutions that meet their business needs with a focus on more complex opportunities and solutions. Job expectations include having an awareness of merchant payment processing solutions, pricing, software, gateways, and security.

  • Leverages consultative sales process and knowledge of healthcare, retail, restaurant, and business to business industries to identify clients’ business needs

Settlement Officer II (Estate)

Accountable for managing and settling the smaller and/or less complicated estates and/or terminating trusts requiring a lesser degree of technical expertise and knowledge. Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

 

Data Center Operations

  • Participates in planning of data hall allocation to include power and cooling needs.
  • Document all power and space schematics and ensure accuracy in same.
  • Create/update/maintain rack elevation within a Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) application (Nlyte).
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal project teams to ensure effective completion of all hardware installation.
  • Monitor all issues and escalate issues to appropriate department to ensure effective resolution.
  • Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor.
  • Accepts delivery of Equipment from staging.
  • Perform quarterly quality assurance checks of tracked IT hardware
  • Keep data center organized and clean and always maintain a professional appearance.
  • Actively promote and comply with Data Center Operations work rules standards.  Ensuring that procedures are followed.
  • May be required to work some weekends and participate in a rotational on call schedule.

 

Required Skills:
