About this Position: The purpose of the “Customer Service Representative” position is to . . .

Efficiently and accurately handle calls and assist consumers in building a better financial future by providing personalized solutions to their concerns, answering questions to help them understand their account, and removing barriers to help them make on time payments. We are obsessed with constantly improving the customer experience by showing PRIDE in the work we do, looking for new ways to exceed customer expectations with empathy, sincerity, and a commitment to one call resolution.

  • Effectively educate the customer on how to resolve their issue through self-service options and payment options, where applicable.
  • Professionally and respectfully provide exceptional customer service during every phone call.
  • Ensure the information we depend on to contact and collect from these consumers is accurately maintained.
  • Support additional customer service requests (ie: customer call backs, email follow ups, etc.).

 

Outcomes & Activities:

  • Handle Incoming Phone Calls: You will spend up to most of your time on the phone effectively and efficiently handling consumer phone calls assisting with one-time and recurring phone payments.
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service: You will leverage the Customer Service Call Quality model to understand how to handle each call in a manner that is respectful and helpful while providing consumers with accurate account information.
  • Provide Support: You will handle all consumer requests such as document requests, contract questions and information inquiries.
  • Promote Payment Options: You will proactively discuss payment options with no fees and/or lower cost with the customers when there is a fee associated with their payment. Also, offering AutoPay if the customer is calling to make a payment, but not currently enrolled.
  • Adhere to Policies/Processes: You will need to remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines.
  • Receive and Act Upon Feedback: You will need to be open to ongoing feedback aimed at improving performance.
  • All other duties as assigned by Supervisor (training, workshops etc).
  • Regular and predictable attendance as outlined in the Operations attendance policy

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks, sit and talk on the phone with a headset for up to 90% of the day.
  • Identify basic computer components and assemble/troubleshoot company issued equipment by following both written and verbal instructions
  • Operate company issued equipment, which may include a computer, headset, and camera
  • Navigate within multiple computer programs simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Teams
  • Remain compliant with our policies, processes, and legal guidelines.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • High speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed

 

Preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Experience in the finance or automotive industry.
  • Experience in any position where you had to demonstrate excellent communication skills.

 

Training & Schedule Requirements:

Training:

  • Monday through Friday; 9:00 am – 6:00 pm MT
  • Virtual Training will be conducted beginning Monday, January 20th

 

Schedule:

Monday-Friday between 6am-9pm MT and every other Saturday

Targeted Compensation: $16.00-$18.00/hour based on experience.
Targeted Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus potential based on individual performance. The estimated average bonus target for this position is around $800/month.

About this Position:

  • This position will work from home and also require some work onsite at an assigned Southfield, MI office work location.
  • Accurately document receipt of titles and file and store titles upon receipt from State DMVs or Dealers.
  • Professionally and respectfully communicate with customers to obtain needed documents or information necessary to understand their needs.
  • Identify errors on titles and escalate when appropriate.
  • Distribute titles to Title Specialists when requested.
  • Assist with processing paperwork.
  • Mail completed title paperwork.
  • Support the teams within the department as needed/requested.

 

Outcomes & Activities:

  • Timely respond and process title related paperwork received via email, mail and fax.
  • Accurately enter title information into applicable system(s).
  • Accurately store and organize physical titles in the title room
  • Pull titles requested by internal departments and provide to Title Specialists for proper distribution.
  • Escalate title change requests to Title Specialists.
  • Process and mailing title paperwork.
  • Identify and escalate any roadblocks to leadership that is preventing the team from meeting the standards of service.
  • Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Meet qualifications to become a Notary.

  • Monday through Friday: 7am-7pm (Flex Schedule – 8 hours)

Targeted Compensation: $17.00-$20.25/hour based on experience.

Payment Processing Specialist

The Payment Processing Team provides critical services for accurate, timely, and efficient processing of all customer loan payment transactions, loan fees, and adjustments while executing all necessary internal control procedures.

 

Outcomes and Activities:

  • This position will work onsite at an assigned Southfield, Michigan office work location.
  • Processing Customer payments: You will spend up to 80% of your time posting customer payments and balancing transactions in OFSLL (Oracle Financial Services Lending and Leasing)
  • Maintain working knowledge of prescribed criteria (Service Level Expectations, Compliance requirements, System Constraints, etc.) necessary to accurately post various transaction types to system application
  • Provides subject matter expertise related to payment posting application completed in response to requests from internal departments as well as customers and vendors
  • Display a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, including resolving issues timely and influencing the resolution of issues when responsibility falls outside of Department
  • Appropriately document account details clearly and efficiently in various required system applications
  • Understand and become a subject matter expert of all data systems to research transactional items accurately and urgently as requested
  • Follow daily balancing procedures to ensure all transactions processed are accurate and balance to end of day reporting
  • Become a subject matter expert to provide appropriate cross functional assistance with all daily transactional work to meet department Service Level Expectations

Bilingual Market Area Manager – Hawthorne, CA

About this Position:

  • Market Area Managers work within their assigned geographic territory in the field. Residence within or near this assigned territory is required.
