About the Role
This role will provide clinical expertise and serve as a critical link between all parties involved in disability cases. This role will facilitate medically sound decisions, ensure absence and disability claims are administered effectively, and deliver compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Serving as primary resource on team managing medical disability and accommodation cases.
- Presenting cases to a panel that includes physicians in weekly “round table/touch point” meetings.
- Displaying a professional/corporate presence and presentation style. Additionally, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills when questioned on your case management plans.
- Consulting on medical, behavioral health, and accommodation claims, if within the scope of licensure and clinical expertise.
- Assisting in making informed choices via patient advocacy in alignment with Medical Disability Guidelines and employer-based benefit plans and/or laws.
- Acting as a liaison between all parties required in case management to facilitate continuous communication and consensus.
- Providing documentation, feedback, and reports to diverse occupational populations with an underlying emphasis on returning medically able individuals to productive endeavor.
- Managing caseload efficiently, organizes priorities, provides timely intervention and maintains sensitivity to confidential records.
- Ensuring quality standards for case management are met and driving return to work process.
Requirements
- Be a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or possess a comparable license with experience. Additionally, possess a working knowledge of disability, client processes, and case management.
- 5+ years medical advisory experience in occupational health, worker compensation, disability, health case management, or utilization review.
- 2+ years as a Clinical Case Manager
- Demonstrate a dedication to providing high quality customer service, using diplomacy, patient advocacy, and professional competency.
- Be available for occasional escalations outside of normal business hours (max 8-10 occasions/year).

Customer Success Executive
About the Role
The Client Success Executive will be accountable for the overall management of their book of business. They are responsible for strategic direction of assigned clients, client satisfaction, retention, and engagement of Alight products. Develop relationships with key decision makers within existing clients to successfully show value.
Responsibilities
- Guiding clients, by recommending and executing best practices for products. Seamlessly interface, while gaining trust of individuals at all levels of client organization.
- Leading the renewal strategy development, packaging, presentation, and negotiation activities to retain clients. Responsible for leading the pre-renewal internal strategy meetings on behalf of Navigation. Identify issues, needs, opportunities, threats, and alternatives to be proposed. Partner with other enterprise leaders on renewal strategies for clients with multiple products.
- Working collaboratively with the Client Success Manager to ensure the day-to-day relationship management activities. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring product progresses on schedule and with prescribed standards.
- Establishing and/improving positive strategic relationships with client team and executives where applicable. Own development and execution of strategic client business cases and reporting delivery to clients and broker/consultant partners.
- Providing development, execution, and problem solving to define solutions to increase and/or maintain engagement rates in Products.
- Assisting leadership in mentoring team members to ensure best practices are followed by other Client Facing associates. Leverage others and acting as a leader in all interaction with team members and other enterprise associates.
- Managing client concerns by coordinating involvement of internal resources to maintain satisfaction, retention, and client performance goals. Provide creative solutions to client problems that support ROI/VOI/performance-based initiatives. Identify areas for process improvement and leverage Client Success leadership to execute
- Conducting formal review meetings with clients to review performance. Additionally, identify and solve any Client concerns,and discuss opportunities and new ideas
- Assisting in the new business process to help scope and estimate work for existing and future clients. Partner with Strategic Account Executive (if assigned) to accomplish this
Requirements
- 5+ years of success in account management/client success within either a carrier, consulting/brokerage firm or healthcare vendor.
- Demonstrate successful track record managing mid-to-large (5,000+ lives) employer accounts.
- Display ability to understand and develop financial projections/P&L, as well as other performance metrics
- Possess solid organizational, management, administrative and human relations skills.
- Have exceptional negotiation and leveraging skills. Must be persuasive and tactful when negotiating and dealing with consultants/brokers, team members, peers, and superiors.
- Demonstrate success meeting goals/targets and managing a complex book of business.
- Possess ability to facilitate and guide strategic planning discussion to help the client define key objectives.
- Able to listen, inquire, clarify, and translate strategic discussion into a concise, measurable plan of action.

Infrastructure Automation Manager – USA Virtual
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Alight Cloud Infrastructure Automation team. This team is responsible for Alight’s Infrastructure as Code modules, coding standards, and pipeline tooling.
This role requires an individual to manage the needs of individual team members (people), features and capabilities owned by the team (product), and provide hands-on expertise (technology). The ideal candidate will have a background in infrastructure automation in AWS using Terraform, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency.
People Management:
- Provide leadership, vision, and direction to the Infrastructure Automation team to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Inspire and manage a team of engineers, including resource allocations, training, mentoring, performance, pay, and individual career guidance.
- Foster an environment of diverse backgrounds and perspectives, promoting excellence in others.
- Operate within all the firm’s business and people policies.
Product Leadership:
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of Terraform modules used across Alight.
- Guide the development and maintenance of integration pipelines, IaC testing frameworks, infrastructure drift impact, and module code distribution.
- Maintain the product backlog, ensuring stories are properly defined (“engineering ready”) and prioritized. Work with Scrum Master and Product Manager to align work with product goals and vision.
- Ensure platform governance, efficient utilization, and compliance with security and operational standards.
- Conduct regular surveys of stakeholder satisfaction and implement action plans to improve satisfaction.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide hands-on assistance to the engineers on your team related their work.
- Review work from team to ensure adherence to development and security standards.
- Provide training support related to the use of Alight’s IaC tooling.
- Occasionally work delivery tasks from the team’s backlog.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in infrastructure automation and incorporate relevant advancements into Alight’s products and processes.
What You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure automation, software design/development, cloud technology. Hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS, and other cloud services.
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient with Agile development, Scrum methodology, and DevOps principles.
