Software Technologist I/II – C++, React JS

Your role:

  • Responsible for Development of service functionality on IGT Fixed Systems product line.
  • Analyzes and understands the Software/Functional Requirements Specification
  • Performs unit testing of the code.
  • Contributes to Features/User stories for modules/SDS /Test strategy.
  • Provides technical guidance in a technical, functional/domain area and participates in technical decisions.
  • Creates (detailed) design within specified top-level design.
  • Participates in peer reviews for project artifacts and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Supports in project estimation, planning and risk management activities.
  • Manages technical communication with Partners.
  • Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through study, technical contacts and propagates it
  • Acts as a role model for other technical members in the group
  • Guides and coaches, the project team in technology as and when applicable

  • Overall, 7-10 years of experience in software development
  • Strong programming experience in C++ & Linux env.

  • Experience & firm knowledge in UML, software design concepts and design patterns.

Roles & Responsibilitie

Confirming & using the project objectives and customer success criteria, formulates the project plan, in consultation with project team members and other parties concerned on base of the customer contract.

•Collects inputs from project team members and sub-plans, such as integration plans, clinical consulting plans, etc., and integrates them into an overarching solution project plan.

•Organizes the internal and external resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information) and specifies the quality standard in the processes. Includes engaging with procurement for quotes / orders from external suppliers

.•Compliance of project management and solution delivery business processes, such as time writing, continuous S&OP, etc.

•Using various inputs, including input from project team members to define the risks of the project and develops scenarios to overcome these risks

•Directs project teams and gives them operational guidance, regarding content and organization.

Manages external resources (e.g. sub-contractors)

Is responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan or validated project order in terms of quality, money, time, information, organization and final customer acceptance.

•Is responsible for driving compliancy to applicable regulations (Q&R/ H&S) by own organization, third parties and partners in the project

•Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting to internal and external stakeholders

•Communicates with and manages stakeholders Ensure relevant reports (relating to progress, etc.) are produced

•Ensure all issues are being managed and resolved in a timely manner

•Develop recovery plans when a project is not expected to meet its target(s) or constraints Provide forecast for projects, for managing project budget (including labor & travel) and for ensuring changes to the forecast are reported & flagged Execute lessons learned meetings after project completions and convert those lessons into knowledge articles, training content or other actions of improvement

1. Experience.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of order life cycle processes, from order placement to delivery and invoicing.

Customer Service and Communication:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in handling customer inquiries, order status updates, and resolving order-related issues.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless service.

Problem Solving and Attention to Detail:

QMS Manager

  • Maintains, enforces, and manages a compliant and effective QMS for the activities in scope, as well as for effective and lean QMS structures and documents for Q&R processes at all levels of HT.
  • The role is responsible for establishing the quality management system and managing its deployment.
  • Ensures proper audit planning and schedule meet the requirements of internal policies and external regulations.
  • Establishes and executes a transition plan for all QMS in scope while maintaining compliance and effectiveness throughout the duration of the transition to the end-state QMS
  • Leads/participates in maintaining the documents until they are no longer applicable as part of the transition.
  • Ensures the addition and management of any local QMS documents in line with the evolution of the

  • Establishes, enforces, and oversees compliance for an effective Quality Management System (QMS) within the scope of activities, ensuring streamlined and efficient QMS structures and documentation across all levels of the Radiology Informatics Business Unit.
  • Manages the deployment of the QMS transition and ensures its effective implementation.
  • Plans and schedules audits, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Locally oversees the QMS components in scope, maintaining compliance and effectiveness throughout the transition duration.
  • Adds and manages local QMS documents in accordance with the evolving QMS.
  • Ensures training adherence and registration according to the QMS, generating training content for local QMS documents as needed.
  • Addresses issues of diverse scope, requiring analysis of various factors, including an understanding of business needs.
  • Advises the business on Quality Management System matters.
  • Leads and supports Document Control Specialists and Training Coordinators.
  • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Non-Product Software Validation (NPSS), Quality Management System (QMS), Document Control, Internal and External Audits, and Training.
  • Manages the Quality System Management Review process by collecting data, creating presentations, recording meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Supports any other activities associated with QMS.

 

Experience:

  • 8-12 years overall experience
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry
  • Strong working knowledge of GMP’s and other FDA regulations
  • Experience validating application activities.
  • Experience in corrective and preventive actions, including root cause analysis, documenting findings/actions, and implementing actions.
  • Experience with Software Medical Devices highly desire

 

Competency and Skills:

  • Solid Analytical skills – demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot complex process/system issues.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Word (advanced user), Excel, Visio, and related MS Office applications.
  • Proven analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and project management skill.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
