Sales Executive / Business development Executive/ Sales leader – Life Sciences

Locations: Chicago, IL; SFO, CA, Boston, MA; New Jersey, NY

Job Description:

The Capgemini sales team offers extensive career opportunities and provides mentoring and coaching for teammates. The Capgemini Business Development Executive (BDE) role is an experienced, aggressive sales professional; the main responsibility includes sourcing and selling new business for Capgemini.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business in the Life Sciences industry. Drive the sales process while leveraging Capgemini subject matter experts and executives, as needed.
  • Originate and qualify leads, networking, social media, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with C level executives within targeted accounts.
  • Work closely with the solutions team in the Technology Services, Outsourcing and the various Sector groups to develop and win a pipeline of new/add-on business.
  • Increase opportunities across all service lines, taking accountability for qualification and closure of new business within the account.
  • Handle client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process. Develop and run a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Provide strategic direction and drive business with client to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and continuing customer satisfaction
  • Develop and lead the overall account plan and forecast, and provide status reports.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience serving clients within the Life Sciences industry
  • 5+ years’ experience in business development roles in enterprise sales of IT and business-related services
  • Record of consistent ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis
  • This is a “hunter” role and qualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techniques
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives within assigned sector
  • A well-documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas of $3MM- $10MM. Recent experience selling consulting services engagements in the $500K – $10MM range
  • Ability to travel extensively as required

IT Lifecycle Management (LCM) Business Analyst -Asset Management – San Antonio, TX

Location: Hybrid schedule.  Must be local to San Antonio, TX

Job Summary: The LCM Business Analyst -Asset Management role involves assisting in updating documents that monitor, assess, analyze, maintain, and measure the performance of Lifecycle Management activities across all facets of operations. The Product Manager’s primary role is to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery.
