We are looking for an outstanding Business Operations Specialist that will join our fast-paced, high impact Business Operations Team. You will be responsible for managing high profile test and learn initiatives as well as assisting with the project management of key deliverables for the global sales support team. You will have the ability to collaborate on innovative initiatives, implement new processes, contribute to product rollout processes, and collaborate on any other project that will impact the team for the better. You will work with stakeholders in R&D, content, sales, sales support, sales ops, finance and marketing. You must be professional, organized and motivated as well as have the drive to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.
What You’ll Do
- Report and assess weekly campaign performance for large executions and deals.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of campaign delivery to Accounting team
- Analyze and review Insertion Orders and other sales agreements to ensure adherence and enforcement with policies and contract terms
- Verify sales opportunities in Global CRM & Order Management System for completeness & alignment with delivery metrics
- Assist the Business Operations & Strategy team with all responsibilities, processes, systems and tools of the sales and sales support orgs to identify areas of improvement and provide solutions for the team
- Understand business needs and challenges to collaboratively develop and/or implement innovative solutions while focusing on the details that produce perfection
- Advocate for business needs at the sales support level, demonstrating experience and solutions to solve common challenges
- Continuously improve internal processes, best practices, etc. in order to ensure the best possible deliverable outcome to improve overall efficiency
- Collaborate in close partnership with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners on all project requirements, inclusive of R&D, Content, Sales, P&I, Ad Ops, Finance, Compliance and Marketing
- Attend regular status meetings with cross-functional teams
- Support the execution of key improvement initiatives using data-driven insights to deliver positive customer outcomes
- Rigorously manage project scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon parameters and deadlines
- Report to Senior Manager, Operations
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
- 3+ years of experience managing digital campaigns, with a high degree of independence and passion for the digital landscape
- Experience with growth companies in high technology, advertising sales, music or entertainment industries
- You have an “efficiency” mindset. Applying past experience and expertise to find a better way to do things to enable sales support to focus on running the business while providing white glove customer service
- Strong problem solver with conceptual thinking abilities and outstanding attention to detail; project management, change management and business improvement/readiness experience
- Experienced working directly with sales functions and with multiple business groups that support a revenue based organization
- Collaborative, flexible and have an open working style, with an ability to establish and maintain trust and credibility, and influence outcomes
- Ability to handle and self-manage involvement in multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities
- Demonstrated comfort working in a highly dynamic environment, able to anticipate change and move projects quickly through the cycle to execution
- Possess strong relationships with internal and external partner teams

The United States base range for this position is $64,879 – $92,684 plus equity. This role drives revenue growth through strategic data analysis and sales process optimization. US Latin Artist & Partnership Manager
We are seeking an outstanding candidate who is an enthusiastic music fan and a proven leader, with experience building and maintaining partner relationships, collaborating across markets, and playing a key collaborator role in delivering complex campaigns.
As a part of the Label Partnerships team, you will work closely with Latin America and Spain in cross-market alignment and partner value exchange for Latin music. You will advocate, educate and innovate, all of these external partners unlocking opportunities such as campaigns, programs and strategic initiatives. You will also work closely with the North American team, as well as your international counterparts aligning globally, while implementing local artist and cultural initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Spotify Label Partnerships department externally, attending meetings with the industry, including label partners, managers and artists to find opportunities and foster partnerships.
- Collaborate with counterparts in North America, LatAm and international markets to communicate shared priorities, align value exchange opportunities and implement joint initiatives.
- Manage and / or mentor members of the team, guiding them through campaign planning, relationship building, and cross-functional process execution.
- Track, review, and evaluate artist and label priorities, as well as culturally relevant moments, and identify in collaboration with a cross-functional team those artists that Spotify will support in on and off platform promotions.
- Work directly with the artists, their label and their management teams to gather insights and develop executive-level priority campaigns, from brief development, conception, production all the way through execution.
- Develop relationships, collaborate and advocate with internal partners.

Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience building global marketing artist marketing campaigns or complex project management and a proven leader able to run multiple top priority projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- You exhibit a clear understanding of the US Latin marketplace, competitors, and current trends and innovations with strong relationships throughout the industry.
- Understanding of the music industry and experience including label and management.
- You have an outstanding ability to build and maintain relationships.
- You are an open, transparent and clear communicator.

This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process. Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance.
