Staff Program Manager, Rider Partnerships & Rewards

Weโ€™re hiring a Staff Program Manager who will be responsible for managing our Rider Partnership portfolio, partnering across our strategic business development and product teams to deliver compelling partnership products for our customers. You will work with these teams to shepherd and manage the delivery of partnership projects to completion. Youโ€™re savvy at connecting the dots, being a trusted partner to cross-functional peers at Lyft. Reporting into the VP of Partnerships & Loyalty, youโ€™ll be a leader within the Partnerships organization and will contribute to some of our teamโ€™s highest impact initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Lyft Partner ecosystem and products inside out, and work with the teams to help set goals and trajectory
  • Anticipate and proactively design programs to address underlying team needs, shaping, driving and documenting processes and tools for effective team workflows and collaboration
  • Provide the Rider leadership team with up to date visibility into current projects, team utilization, project health and priorities
  • Manage deliverables in an accurate and timely fashion while effectively escalating risks and proposing plans to mitigate
  • Serve as trusted partner to Partnerships leadership across the organization
  • Collaborate, communicate, and negotiate with product managers, engineers, designers, and business development team members at all levels across the organization
  • Lead biannual planning and prioritization with cross functional teams, balancing multiple inputs and needs
  • Participate in and facilitate project reviews, prep, and post-mortems

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in a combination of strategy and operations roles, with a strong foundation in Program Management or Business Development preferred
  • Strong project management and leadership skills. Adept at cross-functional collaboration, building consensus, and creating a shared project plan across multiple teams.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
  • Able to influence, negotiate and inspire others in a matrixed environment. Excellent organization, planning skills, and attention to detail
  • Propensity to ask insightful questions, conduct thorough research, and understand both high-level strategy and ground-level tactical needs.

Workforce Demand Planner, Global Planning

As a Workforce Demand Planner, you will be at the forefront of our staffing strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop forecasts that support our operational goals. You will be responsible for creating short, mid, and long-term staffing plans that align with our business objectives, ensuring that we have the right number of staff at the right times to meet demand.

  • Lead end-to-end workforce demand planning processes for a large-scale customer support organization
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated forecasting models using historical data, business intelligence, and predictive analytics
  • Partner with operations leaders to translate business strategies into staffing requirements
  • Create and optimize staffing scenarios based on service level agreements, budget constraints, and business objectives
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and develop strategies for continuous improvement

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in workforce management, forecasting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience working with BPO outsourcing to staff for multi-channel/tier support organizations (Preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and tools (e.g., NICE, Verint, Aspect)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Operations Associate

Flexdrive, a subsidiary of Lyft provides vehicle access to Lyft drivers through a flexible car rental subscription program, is looking for a motivated and organized Operations Associate to join our Aurora team full-time. Reporting into the Operations Lead, in this role, you will be providing quality in-person experiences by serving customers at our local Flexdrive facilities that offer the Express Drive Program end-to-end rental process and preparing them for the exciting road ahead. Responsibilities:

  • Assists customers with the car rental process, including but not limited to Express Drive customer support, customer Arrival/Check-In, assigning drivers to rental vehicles and processing rental returns
  • Prepares Flexdrive rental vehicles for Lyft Drivers, which includes fueling and cleaning, installing telematics, license plates, conducting fleet vehicle inspections, and managing vehicle compliance documents
  • Manages vehicle lot organization, vehicle transportation, and other daily rental operations
  • Flags vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the Operations Lead and internal/external partners
  • Builds trust and works effectively with others to achieve results and team goals
  • Upholds Flexdriveโ€™s high standard of service while working with all drivers and be an ambassador for the Lyft brand

Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in an in-person customer service role like retail, technical support or hospitality

AP Specialist

Lyft Accounting team is looking to hire an AP Specialist to primarily assist with Concur expense reimbursement and overall T&E assistance. This role will also assist in the Accounts Payable function, as well as other integral day-to-day Finance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve employeesโ€™ expense reports in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Communicate with employees to clarify any questions or discrepancies related to expense reports.
  • Provide timely responses to employee inquiries regarding expense status and procedures.
  • Reconcile and follow up on outstanding corporate credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with Procurement Operations and CEIT.
  • Oversee the integration and functionality of AppZen, ensuring that expense reports are audited accurately and efficiently.
  • Process and manage applications for corporate credit cards, including issuing new cards and maintaining records of issued cards.
  • Monitor and manage the queue of expense report exceptions, addressing requests that fall outside standard policy.
  • Assist with annual refresh of T&E and other related policies.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks as needed.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1-2+ years of AP experience and public company experience is a must.
  • Experience with T&E processing and reporting preferred.
  • Passion for end-to-end procurement process and improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passion for Lyft and a strong interest in technology.
  • AppZen and Concur experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational controls.
