What we’re looking for…

 

You’ll need to have:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of work experience.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you’ll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
  • Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Analyst-Supply Chain

The Inventory Analyst, Supply Chain Helpdesk provides customer support by resolving tickets submitted from both internal and external partners such as third party General Contractors, Verizon Network Engineering and Verizon Network Assurance. You will be responsible for resolving questions and issues within the various Verizon systems that drive field inventory accuracy as well as providing solutions and training to key stakeholders.  These systems include the ERP Verizon Scanner App, SAP, and other external systems. A portion of your role will require partnership with other Verizon organizations to resolve tickets and issues and support the development of requirements for long-term solutions within our critical tools.

  • Resolving tickets within the established SLAs (timely and correctly).
  • Recording and maintaining critical ticket information in customer service tools.
  • Providing satisfactory customer service and support to key business partners.
  • Providing and receiving feedback for process improvement.
  • Building and maintaining key partnerships with both internal and external customers.
  • KPI adherence.

 

What we’re looking for…

 

You’ll need to have:

  • One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Experience in Supply Chain.
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • ERP, system tool (scanner) and inventory management knowledge and experience.

  • Proficiency in systems (SAP, Scanner, etc).

What you’ll be doing…

 

The Senior Manager of Marketing Effectiveness is a core member of our Marketing Effectiveness team which exists to champion how our annual marketing efforts are reaching the right people in the right channels with the right message to maximize ROI. They will report to the Director of Marketing Effectiveness and play a key role in supporting the full extent of our US-based Marketing, Sales, and Experience teams as well as interfacing with our offshore team members in India. Step 1 in finding success for this role will be familiarizing oneself with core KPIs that Marketing is charged with driving from brand health through to leading site action indicators through to sales and understanding the levers that best contribute to those outcomes. Next, championing core behaviors of discovery, distillation, and democratization, this team member will contribute to product outputs including:

 

  • Business Analytics – utilizing core tools such as MMM to allocate budgets between and within brands to maximize marketing ROI while incorporating various inputs to hone scenario plans.
  • Growth Audiences – partnering with groups such as Research to ensure audience strategies are maximizing opportunity for the Value Brands portfolio and driving incremental growth.
  • Experimentation & Testing – defining learning agendas for both macro initiatives (i.e. Sponsorships) and micro initiatives (i.e. channel diminishing returns) to drive learning culture.
  • Optimization & Learning – championing decisioning throughout campaigns to root out performance improvement opportunities that strike the best short + long term balance.
  • Integrated Insights – stewarding performance across all marketing channels (paid media, CRM, retail, affiliate, field, sponsorship, creative, etc) against a measurement framework and guide learnings for future campaigns.

 

Additionally, this team member will democratize the impact of Marketing Effectiveness throughout the organization by creating / maintaining dashboards, mobilizing the usage of martech platforms like our CDP / agency partner tools, acting as a data steward to ensure connectivity and interoperability, and training the organization on key topics like MMM, data fluency, and dashboard usage. The ideal candidate may not be able to answer every question that comes their way right away, but is able to systematically drive towards solutions, collaborations, and ideation that eventually unlocks answers

 

In this role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

What we’re looking for…

 

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Experience in marketing analytics –  data modeling (MMM), strategic marketing, planning, measurement, and financial analysis.
  • Experience evaluating marketing’s effectiveness regarding business objectives and investment levels.
  • Strong understanding of channels, trends, and technologies in the prepaid wireless phone industry.
  • Experience with research, analytical, and critical thinking.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite..
  • Ability to build detailed and compelling financial business cases.
  • Presentation experience with executive leadership.

  • Expert experience obtaining, interpreting, and implementing customer insights data.
  • Experience with data mining and visualization skills.
