What You’ll Do
We are looking for a driven self-starter with an analytical mindset who is passionate about delivering business insights. You will conduct fast-paced analysis on various initiatives and trends in customer acquisition, revenue, and churn that drive the trajectory of the business. You will influence marketing strategies and provide strong decision support to business owners across the org.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong decision support and robust recommendations based on data-driven analysis, executing high-profile analysis and delivering data narratives across business groups
- Measure or assist in measuring the value of our acquisition and upgrade offers, evolving customer base, and initiatives to develop revenue and reduce customer churn
- Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner
- Develop and lead positive, constructive collaborations with one or more cross-functional teams
What It Takes
- MBA with quantitative field in undergraduate degree, MS/MA/PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, operations research, computing science, statistics, economics, finance), or equivalent experience
- Fluent in SQL, Python or R and comfortable with efficiently querying large databases
- Ability to leverage visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI to generate insights
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems in a complex business portfolio and translate results to key insights
- Ability to communicate analytical and quantitative subjects clearly across audience types (subject-matter-expert and non-technical) and levels (peers and executives)
- Excellent prioritization skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn and develop analytical skills in a fast growing and dynamic business
- Ability to learn and enhance analytical methodology and outputs, with consideration of opportunities to deliver the greatest business impact

Summer 2025 Digital Marketing Analytics Internship
As a Digital Marketing Analytics Intern, you’ll work on projects that help craft real marketing strategies. Past interns have contributed to campaign analysis, built dashboards for supervising performance, and uncovered trends that guided key decisions. Your work will directly influence how we reach and engage our audience, making an impact that’s both measurable and important.

Executive Compensation Specialist
We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to play an instrumental part in supporting our Executive Compensation strategies. This role supports the development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies and programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals. By analyzing data and summarizing findings, you will provide insights that influence executive compensation decisions. We are an exceptionally tight knit team and through collaboration, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of materials presented at the Executive Officer and Board level. Through your expertise, you will maintain and optimize executive compensation processes, while contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of T-Mobile’s compensation framework.
** This role is based in Bellevue, WA and follows a hybrid schedule, 3/days week in the office **
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication and illustrative documents for T-Mobile Executives: Individual Cash Flow Forecasts (customized financial overview of forecasted total compensation), overviews of plans, etc. Assist in developing reusable templates and processes to drive understanding, efficiency, and scalability.
- May be responsible for setting up new jobs and job descriptions, generating compensation statements, creating data loads and reporting, supporting market pricing activities and salary survey participation, performing routine audits and ensuring data hygiene across various systems and/or performing incentive compensation operational activities. Assist with job documentation, compensation systems/tools, data preparation and analysis, program reviews and other compensation team needs as appropriate.
- Conduct ongoing research of peer company compensation, stay current on disclosures and trends.
- Assist in the preparation and audit of Board of Director Compensation Committee materials and required SEC disclosures.
- Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, audit and discussion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ Degree plus 2-4 years work experience in compensation or corporate consulting (financial or governance); lesser experience may be considered with an advanced academic background.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools; highly advanced with Excel to handle large complex data sets and corporate financial information; advanced with PowerPoint to build executive ready presentations.
- Interest for project planning and project execution preferred, with skills including: organization, prioritization, communication, timeline management, resource partnership, documentation and customer service.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to creatively frame and solve complex problems through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis with some supervision and guidance.
Retail Store Manager
As a Retail Store Manager, you’re ready to lead by example, go All IN, and rally & empower your team to give it their all in becoming the best in the world at connecting customers to their world.
Responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store. Must be familiar with all aspects of retail, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention & team leadership. Primary point of contact for employees of the retail store.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers, including feedback, to be used in development, training, and coaching conversations ensuring assigned team trainings are completed on time.
- Assist with customer-related issues that would positively impact the customer’s experience within the T-Mobile brand & expectations.
- Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.
- Support operational excellence by observing every store function, monitoring sales and inventory, manage sales tracking and implementing new store programs and initiatives.
