As an Analyst in our SRT team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams

and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Role Description:

In our SRT Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and

clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

We are looking for candidate with

Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and processes to manage, analyze, and

report risk-related data effectively.

• Execute and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows to integrate and streamline

large datasets for risk assessments and reporting.

• Implement frameworks for AIRB/FIRB, SFT, and Basel IV compliance, ensuring alignment

with regulatory standards.

• Lead efforts in Finance Business Architecture and Change Management, supporting risk

transformation projects.

• Perform stress testing (including CCAR requirements) and non-financial risk evaluations in

accordance with regulatory demands.

• Oversee preparation and submission of regulatory reports such as COREP, Pillar 2, and

Pillar 3 disclosures.

• Support Large Exposure and Leverage Ratio calculations, maintaining compliance with

Basel norms.

• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure adherence to IFRS 9 accounting standards in

credit risk modeling.

• Drive effective Credit Risk strategies in alignment with global risk frameworks and regional

policies

Regulatory and Domain Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of Basel IV, IFRS 9, AIRB/FIRB frameworks, and SFT regulations.

• Familiarity with CCAR, Stress Testing, Pillar 2/Pillar 3 requirements, and Non-Financial Risk

Management.

Additional Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage change and drive transformation in a financial risk environment.

• Proven track record of working with Global Banks and Indian Public Sector Banks.

We are looking for a passionate marketing leader with a strong understanding of professional services. A team player and a strategic thinker who can lead a high-performing marketing team, build relationships with US-based Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and Marketers to build campaigns that align to business goals. A leader who oversees compelling marketing strategies and efforts to strengthen our brand presence and drive results that align to business goals.

 

Roles and responsibilities

 

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of marketing roles in a professional services firm—marketing communications, campaigns, operations, and effectiveness
  • Partner with the US-based CMOs, marketers, and the business to translate business and industry goals into marketing goals
  • Manages all aspects of campaign/activation execution in line with business objectives—including defining activation goals, developing activation plans, and deploying campaigns and activations
  • Defines KPIs and benchmarks to measure campaign performance in agreement with the business’ priorities; leads campaign performance discussions with marketing and business stakeholders
  • Works with thought leaders and offers ideas for content development; recommends ways to optimize content based on channels and target audience
  • Ensure the team is operationally compliant in terms of learning, utilization, well-being, and other firm guidelines

This is an entry level position, and you will be responsible for working with Tier 1 support personnel to resolve client issues in a timely manner and provide Tier-2 support to resolve technical issues related to our application(s).
