THE WORK:

  • You’ll manage, oversee and coordinate all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phase of all assigned projects.
  • You’ll review pre-construction documents and submit comments to Designer as necessary.
  • You’ll plan, organize, and prepare reports to upper management with respect to the status and/or progress of the projects.
  • You’ll coordinate with all pertinent public agencies during pre-construction and construction to comply with all off-site work and coordinate with various District and Project staff.
  • You’ll manage both the project budget and schedule to meet the District’s qualitative standards; monitor the project budget on a monthly basis and ensure that the budget accurately reflects the project status/progress.
  • You’ll manage daily activities of the contractor, review contractors’ construction schedules and submittals, and coordinate responses to the contractors’ inquiries thru the Requests for Clarifications (RFC) and other related documents.
  • You’ll review substitution submittals from contractors to ensure specification and/or District requirements are complied with.
  • You’ll receive, review, and negotiate Contractor Change Order Proposal(s) to achieve a fair & reasonable price in accordance with the General Conditions; review and address any and all Schedule impacts in accordance with the project specifications in a timely manner.
  • You’ll review the process and monitor payments for the contractor, architects, engineers and any other pertinent parties.
  • You’ll administer provisions of Professional Service Agreements between Architects and the District.
  • You’ll coordinate District delivery of related fixtures, furniture and equipment.
  • You’ll monitor and manage project close-out with respect to project certification with the Division of State Architects (DSA) and project financial close out.
  • You’ll perform other duties as assigned.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Qualification

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
  • Eight (8) years’ full time professional experience in the Project/Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction with full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction values up to $2M or more

 

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS)
  • Experience with the Division of State Architects (DSA) construction/design/certification process

The SAP Basis Administrator Lead has strong hands-on experience in managing SAP technical infrastructure and supporting SAP S/4HANA and related systems.  The lead is responsible for managing junior team members and will be the main interface to the client. The SAP Basis Administrator Lead will have deep technical knowledge across SAP landscapes and be capable of supporting ABAP-based systems.

The work:

Implementing, configuring, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment; scheduling and executing the SAP transport system, optimize and analyze performance issues, design architectures of the landscape. Job Description

The Provider Enrollment Subject Matter Expert (SME) must:

  • Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to provide appropriate and timely response to inquiries, escalations or concerns regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance for Texas State Health-Care Programs
  • Monitor the daily operations of enrollment activities to ensure daily inventory requirements are met per contractual obligations.
