Responsibilities
To monitor & check all process, procedures, SOPs and work instructions are in compliance with regulatory recommended guidelines for the ensuring customer delight during shift at the Passenger Terminal Building (PTB).
Handling the Emergency Responses during any eventuality in the shift e.g. Bomb Threats, aircraft emergencies, Evacuations, Medical & other Contingencies as per laid down SOP’s.
To have the regular interface during the shifts with all the stakeholders/airlines in the Passenger Terminal building.
To ensure safe and secure environment for passengers by identifying fire hazards, safety hazards, Civil, Electrical and mechanical work.
Team management, on the job trainings, employee engagement & discipline during shifts
Ensure the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for housekeeping activity, fumigation and other vendors at PTB during shifts
Addressing passenger grievances, feedback & suggestions and forwarding them to concerned departments for necessary actions and closure within stipulated timeline.
Ensuring positive reflection of Terminal Operation and availability of facilities by interaction with Govt. / other stakeholder as per ASQ parameters.

Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
(degree, training, or certification required) Graduate or masters from any university.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
• 08-10 years’ experience in Aviation industry with at least 4 years in supervisory role
Lead Liaisoning
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, local authorities, and other external stakeholders
- Monitor and interpret changes in relevant regulations and ensure organizational compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate necessary approvals and permits for real estate projects
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on regulatory matters and potential impact on business operations
- Represent the organization in meetings, public hearings, and other forums with external stakeholders
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues related to regulatory requirements
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory bodies as required
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends related to liaisoning and regulatory affairs
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential regulatory risks
- Lead and mentor a team of liaisoning professionals
Qualifications
Experience :-
- 14-18 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
- Demonstrated experience in managing liaison activities with government agencies and local authorities
- Proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Education Qualification :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree or additional certifications in Regulatory Affairs or Real Estate Management preferred
Executive – Retail & Duty Free
Responsibilities
- Establishing new brands at the airport.
- Ensure commissioning of outlets in defined timelines.
- Assist in planning the retail merchandise mix at the airport and plan the zoning accordingly.
- Lease the spaces to different brands and formats as per the zoning.
- Coordinate for all commercial related issues with the respective retailers.
- Coordinate with operations department for the retailer’s requirement.
- Monitor the sales of the retailer also monitor the revenue generated for the company.
- Coordinate for NOCs with various departments-Internal & External.
- Innovative ideas for generating and increasing revenues.
- POS implementation and tracking of sales/reports ensuring promotions and high revenues for concessionaires.

Qualifications
Qualification:

Executive – Baggage Operations
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of Role
Ensure compliance with baggage handling processes by all parties. To include:-
- Security liaison
- Customs liaison.
- Traffic flow in and around baggage halls
- Recording and reporting of equipment in use that is defective or inappropriate
- Observation of all GHA activity and enforcing compliance
- Check-in operatives
Provide the focal point for specific areas in the event of system related failures.
Ensure all unexpected events, or changes to plan are clearly communicated to the Duty Baggage Operations Manager and the JCC baggage position.
When rotating through the JCC baggage position, ensure updates of baggage issues or other operational changes/requirements are communicated in a timely manner to the correct recipients.
Ensure that the measurement and reporting exists to ensure failures in baggage performance are clearly understood, causes evaluated and actions agreed with stakeholders to improve and achieve desired performance.
Ensure compliance of outsourced maintenance and other contracts on a shift-by-shift basis
Liaise with baggage users, such as check-in teams, ground handlers at a supervisory level to ensure compliance with operational protocols and standards
Make use of league tables to identify best performance and ensure actions followed up by all stakeholders.
Collation of measurement details as per allocation
Trainings or refreshers of stakeholders for Standard and correct baggage procedures
Adhere to SOPs as update and as required
