· Manage the CRM / Customer Care and Lifecycle Management for Adani Realty. Establishing a firm and impressive relationship with its distinguished set of customers for the respective luxury & premium segment / projects allocated.

· Ensuring Effective Collections and Cashflow Management – Proactive measures for informing and follow up with customers to ensure cashflow and collections management as per targets and management instructions.

Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities

  • The primary focus is on prospecting new accounts for the assigned projects and geographies, towards meeting revenue goals.
  • The role requires consistently identifying leads, seeking business opportunities and developing strong client relationships towards effective sales.
  • Attend customers, negotiating and bring leads to closure thereby achieving revenue targets month on month basis.
  • Deliver positive customer experience during all interactions as the face of the company
  • Generate interest for repurchase and referrals and creation of pipeline from the existing client base
