Responsibilities

Handling of Capex payments, Management of Bills and resolve queries relating to payments to vendors at Site.

Review of Trial Balance and ensure book hygiene. Ensure effective internal financial control on key parameters like inventory management, Payable Ageing, Spend Analysis, Balance Sheet Provision, Intercompany Reconciliation etc
Capital Budgeting, Deviations, Revisions and timeliness by working closely with the project teams along with tracking of Budgeting
Provide accounting Information to all concerned stakeholders for business objective
Insurance- Coverages, Co-ordinations with corporate, policy renewal, claims settlement etc.
To finalise Key initiatives and execution within timelines to get maximum benefit to the organisation
Coordinate with commercial team and streamline payment terms as per business requirement
Drive compliance of all F&A policies and guidelines within the business (e.g. MSME, GST, Expense booking in same month etc.)
Prepare Monthly MIS, Reporting and highlight variances to senior management.

Project Manager O&M – Ganga Expressway Group 2

Responsibilities

  • Key person responsible for planning, executing, controlling and monitoring of all facets of Toll operations.
  • Ensuring that teams adhere to all the quality standards and procedures through monitoring sessions.
    Directing, leading & motivating workforce and imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
  • Taking care of End User complaints at the Toll Plaza and ensuring their satisfaction. Taking remedial measures to ensure reduction and permanent elimination of complaints.
  • Monitoring and Investigation of Discrepancies, Shortages, Mis-classification, Exemption and Violation on daily basis to keep it at minimum label levels to check against pilferage and leakage of revenue.
  • Monitoring of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to detect  any  malpractices at the toll plaza.
  • Ensuring that prompt service is provided to maintain a smooth flow of traffic at the Toll Plaza.
  • To ensure smooth traffic flow through monitoring software and compare by other tools.
  • To ensure that staff and equipment are functioning and performing at optimum levels.
  • To assist and advice the operational & financial staff on operational related matters.
  • Responsible for supervision of front desk administration, Point of sale, customer interaction & services.

Collection of toll to includes:

  • Day to day management of the toll collection including the direction of staff.
  • Monitor the performance of the toll collection, both automated and manual systems, identifying measures for improving the service delivery.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Engineering

Experiences: 16+ years of experience in Plaza  Management, Traffic Control stake holder management of a Toll Plaza project.

Terminal Head – Container Terminal

Responsibilities

  • To review operation plans and resource allocation (Manpower, equipment) for CT operations; to Identify Gaps and take necessary corrective actions
  • To conduct reviews with planning manager and Documentation manager to carry out efficient vessel and yard operations to meet operational benchmark as stipulated from time to time.
  • To review daily/vessel wise operations performance/productivity, identify gaps, and take necessary corrective actions
  • To Implement/Monitor/Ensure operations as per IMS requirements and ensure Safety in operations
  • To prepare and finalize the annual OPEX and CAPEX budget for Operations. Or terminal Operations in line with overall strategic plans.
  • To develop talent pipeline across sites for taking up higher responsibilities & career progression.
    To develop and adopt technology and latest digital tools towards improvement in operational efficiencies

Qualifications

  • Degree in Any Discipline/ Master Mariner preferably with additional diploma in Business Management.
  • 15-18 years of experience in various function of Container Terminal Operations with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

System & IT

Responsibilities

  • Understand formulated  IT Budget with respect to IT assets necessary for facilitating achievement of strategic goals.
  • Ensure service level agreements for service providers used for providing assistance in IT Service operations.
  • Adhere to the annual maintenance schedule for IT all equipment and infrastructure.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure maintenance as per the maintenance plan and the service level agreement or to direct resolution of unexpected critical faults / errors in hardware / software.
  • Monitor service levels provided by vendors and ensure compliance with quality and service standards of SIPL.
  • Monitor & Manage systems for the efficient conduct of Audio/Video Conferencing and Web casting.
  • Ensure regular maintenance of all servers to ensure business continuity and minimize downtime and perform data recovery in case of data loss and maintain strict integrity of data and strict controls on passwords of DATA server, its back up.
  • Direct swift resolution of all IT related user queries as per guidelines and within timelines specified.
  • Direct coordination with concerned network technicians in event of continuous network problems and escalate issues in case of inability to solve service requests.
  • Manage that each IT system has detailed technical / user documentation and operations manuals and update when required.
  • Manage of environmental control systems and power safety system to ensure physical safety of equipment in server rooms.
  • Ensure 100% availability of all FASTAG lanes for smooth ETC transactions and provide assistance for reconciliations and taking up with acquirer bank for any system related / reconciliation related issues.
  • Daily reconciliation & document the traffic/revenue data with SI & Banker along with concurrence of operation.
  • Weekly MIS & Monthly MIS for constant sensing of status of over all system.
  • Trainings to operations & others for seamless use of TMS & ATMS modules.
  • Data surety for OMCCC from respective SPV.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: B Sc (IT)/MSc (IT)/MCA(IT)/Diploma(IT & Electronics) BE/B Tech (IT) Full Time.  ME/ MBA/M Tech (IT) will be an added advantage

Experiences: 5+ years of experience managing  Systems & IT in infrastructure development and Toll Management
