Technical Assistant-Projects Head

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field. Master’s degree or MBA in Project Management is preferred

BOP Civil – DGM

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the civil engineering team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success

· Develop and implement strategic plans for civil projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

· Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate civil engineering activities with overall project requirements

· Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles related to civil projects, maintaining a focus on safety and quality

· Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities

· Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement

· Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency

Qualifications

Experience:

· 25-30 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry

· Demonstrated track record of successful project management and leadership

· Proven experience in civil engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects

 

Education Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

· Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration (preferred)

Officer – GCC

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Utilize various channels to attract, source, and screen potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and informative experience for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the offer approval process, addressing candidate questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Design and implement efficient onboarding processes, including orientation programs, to integrate new hires into the organization seamlessly.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the employer brand and candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant platforms.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.

Education Qualification
