The Opportunity
As a member of the Global DME CORP Strategy and Operations team within the GTM & Sales Organization you will collaborate with sales to manage innovative go-to-market strategies, plans and programs that delight customers and drive growth in the Corporate Segment. Key focus areas will include performance measurement, program management and sales team operational support.
What you’ll Do
- Be the COO (Chief Operating Officer) to the Sr. Director of Sales for DME Corporate Field Sales to accelerate the business across all product portfolio within the Digital Media business.
- Work as a key member of Sales leadership team, providing timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
- Facilitate insights of account retention and remediation steps
- Build and track important metrics to support quarterly objectives
- Support in developing innovative sales motions to drive new and expansion revenue
- Continuous identification of opportunities for process efficiency and elimination of manual tasks
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards for self-service reporting
- Manage, coach, and develop staff and team members
What you need to succeed
- 7+ years of relevant experience; strategy and operations experience is a plus

- Ability to partner with stakeholders from various parts of the business ecosytem
- Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,900 — $219,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The Adobe Digital Media America’s Field Sales team is looking for a talented, expert Account Manager (AM) to drive strategic C-Suite relationships, high retention rates and overall revenue growth within their assigned book of named accounts. The AM will lead a team of solution sales specialists and be the single point of contact for their customers. They will develop the strategic account strategy to drive sales opportunities based on product propensity, using all available resources including resellers, product specialists, solution consultants, Adobe operations as well as their rolodex of contacts. The AM is required to be proficient in leading within a sophisticated organization, coordinating people and in working with the right partners to drive account growth and business outcomes that result in quota over-achievement. The success of this role will be measured on the net new growth of the targeted accounts book of business (retention & acquisition revenue targets achievement).
What you’ll do
- Expand business relationships beyond IT and Procurement into the C-Suite
- Be a strategic problem solver with strong account management skills and high degree of business acumen.

Treasury Analyst
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated FX Analyst to join our Treasury Foreign Exchange team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and handling foreign exchange risk.
What you’ll Do
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models that summarize Adobe’s FX risk and provide insight to the FX Senior Manager and Assistant Treasurer.
• Reporting: Produce regular reports on hedge performance and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to Treasury leadership.
• Trading Support: Support FX trading function, providing pre-trade and post-trade analysis, trade schedules, gain/loss attribution, and compliance packages.
• Risk Management: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Adobe’s FX exposures, including cash flow and balance sheet exposures.
• Market Analysis: Maintain an awareness of trends in global foreign exchange markets, advising the team on trade execution and strategy.
• Collaboration: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams including FP&A, pricing, and Global Payments to ensure strategies are meeting organizational objectives and minimizing cost.
• Operational Support: Provide ad hoc and ongoing support for FX team including counterparty management, collateral management, systems support, etc.

Principal Engineering Program Manager
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to drive and enable the successful delivery of large programs within the GenStudio for Performance Marketing (GenStudio) product delivery team.
