Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed investigations into a range of employee relations concerns such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace violence, adhering to all applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Manage performance-based casework, aligning closely with our Performance Management process.
- Provide clear, timely communication regarding investigations, offering comprehensive reports with supporting documentation.
- Employ effective interviewing and documentation techniques; adeptly manage cases using designated online case management tools like ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure thorough investigations and prompt, effective resolutions.
- Develop, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, conducting training sessions, as necessary.
- Analyze trends in employee relations with leadership to devise initiative-taking strategies, solutions, programs, and policies.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders to promote positive employee relations and high engagement levels.
- Lead and contribute to projects, particularly those that involve enhancing HR system functionalities and user experience, in partnership with Talent Acquisition Operations.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as an Employee Relations Partner handing investigations, employment law consultation, and disciplinary actions.
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws that govern employment policies and practices.
- Established expertise in conflict resolution and internal client support, complemented by leadership in technical projects across distributed teams.
- Additional experience in Business Transformation projects or extensive work with ServiceNow is highly desirable.

The Role
Within the client platform engineering team, this senior memory systems engineer will work with internal engineering teams and external partners in an exciting lab environment to enable, debug and qualify the latest memory technologies coming to the market for use with leading edge AMD Client SOC’s.
The Person
An engineer at the core that is driven to learn new memory technologies, working with Silicon Design, Firmware, Validation, and DRAM Memory partners to deliver robust system memory solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop technical test plans to support platform based APU silicon bring-up and the validation execution of DDR5 and LPDDR5x memory components in partnership with memory controller and PHY designers, BIOS developers, platform design engineers and external partners.
Enable SOC DDR5 and LPDDR5x memory features for new client APU’s as part of a technical platform enablement team.
Execute DDR5 and/or LPDDR5x memory feature enablement test plans to Memory Controller and PHY specification using hardware and software validation tools.
Develop scripts and tools to support system memory silicon validation.
To drive Memory subsystem for production solution.
Debug of system memory issues found during pre-silicon emulation, bring up, validation, and production phases of SOC programs.
Preferred Experience
Experience in system memory validation, preferably in DDR5 and/or LPDDR5/5x
Technical expertise in the development and execution of platform level functional test plans.
Experience in validating hardware/firmware/software for memory subsystem solutions.
Experience in the debug of I/O interfaces such as DDR4/5 and LPDDR4x/5/5x
In-depth knowledge of PC architectures and system technologies.
Experience using oscilloscopes, logic/protocol analyzers, reading schematics and layout design files used in system memory analysis and debug.
Experience with windows and linux operating systems
Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a variety of engineering disciplines and management.

THE ROLE:
As a Physical Verification Methodology Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust physical verification methodologies. You will collaborate with design teams to ensure smooth verification processes and provide support throughout the tape-out phase. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our verification flows.
THE PERSON:

Linux Kernel Virtualization Manager
As an upstream Linux kernel developer in our Linux Server Operating Systems team – you will get to participate in enabling various AMD x86-64 architecture features in Linux. Design and develop core CPU and SOC features for the Linux kernel and related open source projects. This opportunity gets you involved in all phases of software development. The focus for this role will be on security and virtualization and will be focused on AMD confidential computing roadmap and live migration.
The Person
A Linux Security & Virtualization Engineer with strong analysis and problem-solving skills who will deliver responsive and efficient solutions that bring new AMD processors to market with virtualization solutions. Engage proven technical collaboration to guide the process of AMD hardware enablement for new generation CPUs. Utilize polished written and verbal communication skills to work with on-site and offshore teams, analyze system requirements, coordinate feature design and development with other teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SEV-SNP live migration for Linux. Identifying bottlenecks and optimizations & features to advantage EPYC CPUs. Drive features and functionality to our partner technical teams including the Linux kernel, virtualization, and security communities. Support the solutions offered by our partner companies.
