US Consumer Services: This team is responsible for American Express’ suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, innovative banking services and products, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs. Software Engineer – Global Loyalty and Benefits

Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 – 8 years of experience in a Java 8 or later, Spring boot, Hibernate, SOAP Web services, Apache Camel
- Experience in application design, software development, and testing, in an Agile environment.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs for high volume clients.
- Experience with continuous integration tools & container orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker and Kubernetes)
- Experience with version control systems like Git

Senior Manager – Financial Systems
As part of the Financial Reporting Quality Assurance Organization within Corporate Controllership, this role is responsible for leading a team of professionals in our techno-functional Service Management team. This role is primarily responsible for managing critical day to day Financial Systems production support processes related to data collection and ingestion, validation, and transformation of data; processing and maintaining the underlying technology applications; managing the operational calendar, and providing end-to-end process coordination, and incident management. Minimum Qualifications

- 5-7 years of demonstrated experience leading the deployment of large financial systems, and/or implementing/managing a level 1 or level 2 production support process for financial systems.
- Advanced knowledge of relational database concepts and data management concepts; proficiency of SQL. Exposure to both traditional and modern data management technologies.
