We are looking for a project management specialist to join the newly formed Paid Search Enablement Team.

The enablement team is responsible for all paid search activation and management within the US market. A critical part of the US acquisition strategy.

This role will assume responsibility for all areas of project management within the team. This includes liaison with stakeholders, setting up and managing deliverables and associated timelines, managing internal programs related to both performance marketing and control and compliance.

You will play a key role in shaping cross team thinking and driving paid search innovations. Enacting strategies and tactics both within and outside the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on a new function within the team as well support a highly visible, key project with AMEX. This is an individual role within the team, reporting to the director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and own all project management requirements within the team
  • Lead stakeholder management within team, with other internal stakeholders and externally as required
  • Create Strategic project planning documentation and processes
  • Support managers and directors within the team to realize team goals
  • Initiate new ideas and processes to improve governance and work within the team
  • Manage Risk, procurement and QA processes required within the team
  • Measure performance against goals

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to clearly plot out paths to success
  • Track record of delivery against goals
  • Experience of managing stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including presenting to peers and senior management.
  • Problem solving. The ability to solve issues that may arise under your own initiative
  • Performance marketing or paid search knowledge a plus
  • Relevant project management qualifications or experience

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The Senior Analyst – Delta Co-Brand Acquisition marketing will co-lead our high touch channels that engage with the prospect across their full travel ribbon in-airport, and in-flight, in-person and dialogic channels. S/he will work closely with internal cross functional partners and our co-brand partners at Delta to develop and drive forward a strategic marketing with a compliance first mindset to engage prospects as they navigate their travel journeys.

Set the strategic vision for acquiring new accounts in Delta’s channels and build an annual roadmap of initiatives to drive conversion, and acquire engaged Card Members across the Delta SkyMiles Credit Cards portfolio.

  • Provide regular reporting and portfolio performance deliverables to leadership – strong Excel experience a plus
  • Lead campaign management activities including execution, results analysis, forecasting & budget management; creative and offer testing in partnership with leader
  • Serve as a key team member to both internal stakeholders and external delta partner on delivering holistic campaign strategies
  • Partner closely with internal partners, including Digital teams, Finance, and Risk, to identify and deploy strategies to acquire high quality prospects while staying compliant
  • Domestic travel a potential requirement for Partner conferences/meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Prior Acquisition/growth marketing experience preferred

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven, and compliance-minded leader to oversee a team of 6-8 Activation Specialists focused on helping business owners navigate the Business Line of Credit lending process.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping your team drive customer engagement, foster strong relationships with business owners, and ensure a seamless lending experience. Looking to join a team in technology that is dynamic, fast paced and forward looking? Establish a new foundation in Business & Vendor Management in the Technology organization as the Director of Business and Vendor Management for Infrastructure. You will provide contractual, operational, and vendor relationship management across a broad spectrum of Technology products focused specifically on Technology infrastructure (e.g. telecom, networking, server, storage, data center solutions and other managed services).

How will you make an impact in this role?

The key role for the Director of Infrastructure is to work with Technology vendors and/or internal partners in identifying, defining, and enforcing contractual elements and/or internal agreements. It is critical to hold the vendor partners accountable and ensure American Express teams and vendors align to established vendor engagement polices and standards and interagency guidelines.

This is a newly established role, responsible for leading a small team with the opportunity for growth and enhancement of our vendor management oversight. The core functions of this position will include contract management, vendor relationship management, consulting and sourcing and managing vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Technology vendors and internal Technology partners at all levels Responsible for specific contract elements and relationship management of large vendor engagements in relation to vendors and/or relationship management with internal Technology partners
  • Support sourcing and negotiation by providing thought leadership and benchmarking to maximize commercial value on our contracts
  • Partner with our key Amex stakeholders to negotiate and adhere to contractual commitments and internal guidelines
  • Drive optimal vendor performance across the portfolio by monitoring vendor performance against evaluation criteria defined within contracts and internal Technology partners
  • Address escalated vendor issues on behalf of Technology through a formal dispute resolution process from performance governance meetings
  • May be responsible for drafting standard contractual Technology vendor terms and conditions, in accordance with AXP’s global standards and in partnership with Global Supply Management
  • Partner with the General Counsel’s Office, Global Supply Management, Compliance and Security teams, as needed
  • Be proactive in driving business results

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
  • Relevant work experience in contract management, procurement, vendor management, sourcing and/or third-party risk management
