The Team
We are seeking an Operations Site Lead to join American Tower’s Network Operations department. The Operations Site Leads are American Tower’s frontline representation in the field with customers, vendors, and landowners and support the Network Operations department as well as various interdepartmental objectives. Day to day you will collect data from all assigned tower assets while maintaining high standards of data quality. You will use multiple methods for data collection, including Unmanned Aircraft Systems (“UAS”). As an Operations Site Lead, you will partner cross-functionally to manage maintenance and repairs within a geographic area for all asset types, including towers, rooftop installations, fiber-based networks, and generators.

- Perform routine site audits on assets in an assigned area/zone in an efficient and cost-effective manner, utilizing UAS and other data collection tools.
- Ensure all assets in said area/zone meet safety, compliance, and asset integrity standards through implementation of the Company’s Standard of Care and other management policies by identifying and documenting discrepancies and following through on needed remediation.
- Effectively engage with customers and vendors to manage projects, ensuring timelines and safety standards are met during pre-construction meetings and post-construction site walks and when gathering and processing closeout data for customer construction and internally generated projects.
- Meet customer service level agreements by responding quickly to any issues with the Company’s back-up generators, fiber- based networks, or emergency response to critical events.
- Approximately 75% of time role will be performed outside of a conventional office environment visiting assets in a Company vehicle.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in telecommunications or a related field required.
- Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, have a demonstrated safe driving record, and be able to travel extensively by car or truck.
- Must have, or within a year of hire obtain, FAA Part 107 Certification to operate UAS.
- Vendor management experience, real-estate management experience, or a civil construction background preferred.
- Knowledge of radio transmitters, receivers, antennas, radio frequency, wireless, or ethernet backhaul experience preferred.
- Ability to use discretion when setting priorities and resolving issues in accordance with Company best practices and standards.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to use additional Company software applications.
- While performing the role, you will need to lift up to 60 lbs. and be able to traverse developed and undeveloped construction sites.
- Approximately 40% overnight travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.

NOC Tech I
We are seeking a NOC Technician I to join American Tower’s Network Operations team. The Network Operations team monitors and maintains all of the Company’s U.S. Tower division assets, supporting the frontline representation in the field and strategic programs. Day to day you will provide surveillance and incident management support including communicating and escalating alarms to ensure quick resolution. As a NOC Technician I, you will drive success with external customers through a sense of urgency, prioritization and independent judgement in gathering and organizing relevant information.

- Open trouble tickets and perform initial triage; provide break/fix action to resolve network issues.
- Provide end-to-end support for issues within defined areas of responsibility and document/track incidents in ticketing system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and problems; respond to network activities including support of service level agreements.
- Perform duties in accordance with documented methods of procedures and technical job aides.
- Initiate communications between internal groups, vendors, customers and third-party carriers and partners.
- Provide feedback for the use of NOC management applications, tools, processes and procedures.
- Open Notice to Airmen tickets (“NOTAMS”) via the E-NOTAM websites for outages that impact lighted towers.
- Escalate outage events and/or impairments that are not resolved within prescribed timeframe.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Experience in a centralized repair, troubleshooting, and testing environment required.
- Between 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Program Manager Acquisitions Management
We are seeking a Program Manager, Acquisition Management to join American Tower’s Corporate Development team withing the Product and Strategy organization. Product and Strategy manages the performance, market positioning, competitive analyses, evolution, and investment strategies for the company’s U.S. Tower division’s products, and manages and executes strategic, large-scale acquisitions and various other corporate development initiatives. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of acquisition and divestiture projects. You will oversee a portfolio of deals, ensuring they are properly monitored and coordinated with reporting on diligence, closing, and integration activities.

Accounting Intern
We are seeking an intern to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Finance team. The UST Finance team prepares and reports on a regular basis financial figures that align with GAAP standards. Day to day you will support various accounting teams and learn the operations of a fast-paced business and its accounting organization.
The Summer Internship at American Tower is a 12-week intensive program, running from May 2025 through August 2025. You will be introduced to key day-to-day processes and play a vital role as a valued team member. You will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing you with hands-on experience and valuable insights to prepare you for a successful career in the industry. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the monthly financial close process.
- Prepare account analyses, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Apply, with the support of your team leader, generally accepted accounting principles.
- Assist with preparation of financial reports.
- Apply analyses of basic operating statistics and/or financial data.
- Support various departments through an understanding of their respective financial information.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a business degree with a concentration in Accounting.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3 preferred.
- Interest in obtaining CPA or other relevant professional designation preferred.
- Must be within 18 months of graduation at time of internship commencement.
