Finance Systems Data Analyst

The Financial Systems Data Analyst will support the Finance Systems team, working with various financial systems and act as the data liaison between to the Central Data Office within IT. This role requires a strong understanding of data systems with a focus on data integrity, analysis, requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and project management. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the data for company reorganizations. The ideal candidate will have experience with data scripts and be responsible for the data strategy for all systems in the Finance organization.

 

The candidate is enthusiastic, curious, and proactive in learning within a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills, excellent communications skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. You would also be responsible for managing key financial data that are used by FP&A to prepare Management decks and primary input for our Quarterly Analyst call. As such, accuracy, data integrity, and timeliness will be imperative to success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT and the Central Data Office to ensure seamless data integration and communication.
  • Perform data validation and integrity checks to maintain high-quality data standards.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot data issues within financial systems.
  • Manage and execute various projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Oversee data aspects of company reorganizations, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Develop and implement data scripts and strategies to enhance finance systems.
  • Lead Data & Analytics Meetings between Finance and IT.
  • Take ownership of data analysis and reporting tasks, managing data issues from identification to resolution across various systems, including Anaplan, Qlikview, and PowerBI.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in managing data aspects of company reorganizations.
  • Familiarity with data strategy development and implementation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology to manage and deliver projects effectively.
  • Proven experience with financial systems and data analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how systems work.
  • Proficiency in Qlikview and PowerBI; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology to manage and deliver projects effectively. Experience with Azure DevOps a plus

Wafer Fab Operator

Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Set up and operate production equipment while following production priorities
  • Transport/deliver wafer lots throughout the cleanroom 100,000 square feet
  • Perform data entry and visual quality control
  • Collaborate with team to resolve quality and productivity challenges
  • Follow all specified procedures: Safety, Cleanroom, Chemical & Wafer Handling procedures

All of these duties are performed in a Clean Room environment. This requires the wearing of a clean room suit, which is a full body jumpsuit, hood, safety glasses, surgical gloves and surgical mask. The environment does not allow the use of makeup, hairspray, hair gel, perfume or cologne.

SCHEDULE: ADI Beaverton, or ABDN, is a 24 hour/day, 7 days/week manufacturing facility. Excellent attendance and punctuality are an absolute requirement in these full-time, compressed work week (CWW) schedules. All shifts require working either Saturday or Sunday.

The CWW shifts and hours are as follows:

  • D1 shift* – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00AM-6:00PM
  • N1 shift – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00PM-6:00AM (Base + 12.9% Average Wage Differential)
  • D2 shift* – Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6:00AM-6:00PM
  • N2 shift – Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6:00PM-6:00AM (Base + 19.4% Average Wage Differential)

 

Entry level compensation is between $22.50 and $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

  • Increased direct hire compensation rates are assigned based on skill, shift and work history, for operators with relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Overtime is paid after 10 hours worked, each shift.

 

Minimum Qualifications :

 

  • Follow written procedures and verbal directions accurately
  • Walk/Stand frequently throughout 12-hour shift
  • Walks up and down stairs frequently
  • Lifts above head with two hands and manipulates wafer boxes using fingers
  • Pushes and pulls carts with loads up to 25 pounds
  • Sees colors (red, green, blue, white) and flashing alarms, if safety warnings occur
  • Hears and responds immediately to equipment alarms
  • Performs all duties while wearing cleanroom garments such as full-body jumpsuit, safety glasses, nitrile gloves, face masks, hairnets, hoods and cleanroom shoes
  • The cleanroom prohibits the use of personal cell phones, makeup, hairspray, hair gel, perfume, and cologne.
  • Highschool Diploma (Equivalent or GED)

Engineer, Semi Packaging Engineering

This position is an opportunity to work on conceptualizing and productizing semiconductor-based electronic devices that bridge real world (analog) signals to (digital) cloud. You will be part of global manufacturing organization that is functionalizing sensing of our physical world and converting them to digital signals for intelligent processing.  On a day-to-day basis, this position requires you to make tradeoff decision in multiple dimensions such as time-to-market, reliability, cost, and communication with engineering teams across different countries in Asia and Europe.

 

As an engineer, you are expected to:

  • Work with cross-functional team to develop advanced IC packaging solutions that include design, material selections, qualification, and release-to-manufacturing for various product groups.
  • Perform component or system level mechanical stress and thermal simulations
  • Manage projects through development of design iterations, substrate layout/simulation, assembly of prototype, and qualification
  • Document manufacturing process flows and control plans for IC packages at company’s external suppliers.
  • Work with quality and reliability groups to establish the reliability criteria and qualification plan for various end applications.
  • Communicate complex engineering ideas to global teams in simple and effective way but rooted in engineering principles.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Master’s degree in Engineering (mechanical engineering or electrical engineering).
  • Required to have educational background in fundamentals of materials and their mechanical behavior. Ability to apply them in mechanical design.
  • Must have hands-on experience with ability to perform deep dive in 3D CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks) and FEA software ANSYS
  • Prior internship experience in semiconductor IC or electronics assembly would be distinct advantage.
  • During interview process, must be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, learning mindset, and problem-solving skillset.
  • Candidates having work experience up to 1-year after master’s graduation are encouraged to apply.

Senior Finance Manager, Inventory and Supply Chain Management

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our Inventory and Supply Chain Management support. This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring accurate inventory results, enabling precise inventory forecasting, and providing strategic guidance to the VP of Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in semiconductor inventory management and possess technical expertise in SAP.

 

Key Responsibilities:
