The Senior Investor Relations professional of Apollo Global Management, LLC (“Apollo”) (NYSE: APO) will report to the Global Head of Investor Relations, and help to serve as the voice of Apollo, as a publicly-traded company, to investors, analysts and other members of the financial community.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Head of Investor Relations to manage all aspects of the Investor Relations function for Apollo Global Management, a leading publicly traded alternative investment manager with approximately $700 billion assets under management.
- Coordinate the quarterly earnings process from the Investor Relations perspective, including:
- Collaborate with Apollo’s Corporate Finance team and participate in the preparation of all related external communications related to Apollo’s financial results, such as the earnings presentation, and Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
- Coordinate review meetings with senior management and business heads to inform the quarterly earnings process and subsequently synthesize into external messaging.
- Prepare the company’s quarterly earnings call script and Q&A documents.
- Champion enhancements to Apollo’s financial disclosure to increase transparency and improve market understanding of Apollo’s business
- Actively contribute to developing, maintaining and enhancing all aspects of communication with public stock investors and the financial community, including:
- Plan and execute all external current/prospective shareholder engagement activities, including non-deal roadshows, in-house meetings, and conference appearances.
- Educate and foster relationships with 200+ current/prospective institutional shareholders as well as 18 sell-side research teams.
- Present and explain Apollo’s businesses, including product offerings, market dynamics, financial results and major business events to the financial community.
- Formulate and strengthen Apollo’s strategic messages to current/prospective shareholders with effective presentation collateral.
- Help develop and maintain Apollo’s investor relations and related communications strategies, including positioning and intended messaging to the financial markets
- Prepare CFO and other members of senior management for meetings with current/prospective shareholders
- Continue to refine and build Apollo’s strategy for engaging with investors and sell side analysts
- Review financial models prepared by sell-side research analysts and prepare relevant analyses, such as comparison to the company’s internal forecasts; monitor sell-side analyst reports on company and peers
- Assist with collection of information on an ongoing basis relating to stock market and investor/analyst areas of focus (e.g., financial performance, business strategy, growth opportunities) to provide to senior management and the company’s Board of Directors

Qualifications & Experience
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or Economics required.
- 10 -12+ years of work experience including 3-5 years of related analytical experience in, investor relations, investment banking, or corporate finance. Prior experience within Financial or Alternative Asset Management sector a plus.

Middle Office Associate – Apollo Insurance Solutions Group
The ISG Middle Office Analyst is responsible for the trade support, account onboarding, portfolio rebalancing, and client service across Apollo Insurance Solutions Group’s (“ISG”) investment portfolios. Additional responsibilities include collateral management, Alternative investment support, investment funding and wire processing, breaks resolution, and project management. The ISG Middle Office Analyst will also provide support for ISG’s SOC-1 and SOX audit requests and monitors certain outsourced activities ensuring proper execution and overall data integrity within ISG’s various systems and applications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and assist in the resolution of trade issues and inquiries from clients, front office, and brokers
- Perform and enforce ISG’s SOC 1 and SOX control procedures.

Regional Consultant – Private Banks/Wires NYC/Mid-Atlantic Region)
Apollo is seeking a highly motivated Director level sales professional with excellent client engagement skills and strong knowledge of alternative investments to join our Private Banks and Wires team within the Global Wealth Management Solutions (“GWMS”) business. In partnership with the broader Private Banks/ Wires team, this individual will be responsible for driving dialogue and engagement with clients across the NYC/ Mid-Atlantic regions in partnership with senior sales lead. This Director will play an important role in expanding Apollo’s involvement and brand recognition with key partners.
Qualifications

Principal, Residential Mortgage Support
Apollo seeks a Transaction Manager to provide the Consumer & Residential Credit team with support primarily related to business purpose residential mortgage loans, consumer loans and residential mortgage loans as well as structures and lending facilities related to such loans. This is a hands-on role that requires senior level experience with residential mortgages, asset management and technical infrastructure maintenance. Will require fluency in commercial contracts, term sheets and agreements as well as advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with business programming languages and database management such as SQL, Tableau and PowerBI. Must be able to work independently, design business processes, oversee and develop junior level team members and autonomously manage day to day operations.
- Responsible for primary relationship management with investors and sellers; establishing timelines for due diligence review and settlement deliverables
- Act as liaison between sellers, investors and internal business stakeholders such as traders, legal counsel, quant team, accounting, treasury and servicing departments
- Work with Trading Desk, Finance, Legal and Trade Support to facilitate purchase and sale of assets
