We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to support a team of leaders. This position requires a tenacious self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the Director and Senior Director, and take initiative to solve problems, independently. In addition to being organized and analytical, you have the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people across multiple job functions and levels. In this position, the role includes the full Calendar management, preparation and set up of meetings, planning sessions and team events including agenda, logistics, and full preparation for those events. Also includes meetings set up and overall agenda management for the supported leaders. Additionally, the precise execution of expense reports, travel itineraries, vendors management for critical activities, including catering, transportation, space locations when needed are all imperative. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain conference rooms that are used heavily by the VPs, Senior Directors, Directors and various teams. Handle daily scheduling in iCal and calendar management for one or more director or senior director, including coordination of complex meetings with multiple executives and locations. Multi-task and prioritize a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness. Arrange and coordinate complicated international and domestic travel, accommodations and all trip logistics Submit and reconcile expense reports. Plan, coordinate and execute internal events such as off-sites, team building events and organizational wide meetings (comms/all team meetings). Interact daily with other administrators across Apple both locally and internationally.
- 3 years minimum experience in an Executive Support Role, providing administrative support to Senior level leadership.
- Proficient in Apple productivity tools (Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Mail, Calendar). experience with Wrike, Slack, Box and other technology/software/tools
- Organizational skills managing a complex calendar and travel with many partners across multiple timezones.
- An ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels is imperative.
- Ability to utilize tact, diplomacy discretion and good judgement at all times, but especially when exposed to sensitive or confidential material.
- Will be well organized, detail oriented and have strong time-management skills.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $34.60 and $61.50/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

As a Financial Analyst on the WW Sales Finance team, you will support the Worldwide Sales Organization. In this role you will need to understand demand trends and promotional strategies across various line of business and ensure promotional spend is captured accurately in Apple’s P&L. This will require working across various teams including Corporate FP&A, Operations, and local Finance teams in region. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented, experienced at financial modeling, and proficient at summarizing key take-aways for executive audience presentations.
