Visual Designers – Creative Technologists
We are looking for Visual Designers to help critique, experiment with, and shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows across mediums.
You are a good fit if you:

Have over 1+ years of professional experience in graphic or UI design

Have a bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.

Have a strong background in creating high-quality digital or immersive visual designs (websites/apps, brand/marketing assets, and advanced new media) with unique aesthetics.

Exposure working with LLMs, GenAI prompting, and vibe coding.

Role Start Date

Key Responsibilities:

The project is 10-20 hours of work per week with potential for increased hours based on performance.

The Project Manager will have the opportunity to work with the Client Strategies Leader and a Senior Project Manager to strengthen and grow relationships with clients and enhance market presence through delivering excellence in leading Federal projects. This position manages the full life cycle (proposal-initiation-execution/control-closeout) of design engineering, commissioning, energy optimization, sustainability, or engineering/construction projects and the complete project success. This includes maintaining a superior client experience, a high level of colleague and contractor engagement/collaboration, and achievement of financial sustainability targets. The Project Manager is responsible for client focused communication and outreach, understanding and communication of the project scope to both the client and colleagues, establishing the Client’s Guiding Principles for the project, project schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, resource planning requirements, team technical management and risk management elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility. Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer needs assessments to inform product strategy.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated success managing products through their full lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
