- You have direct experience executing People programs and workflows with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
- You are detail-oriented and quality-driven, with a high bar for data integrity, compliance, and operational rigor especially in areas related to pay, employment status, and employee records
- You have hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, onboarding tools, and compliance-related workflows, and are comfortable improving or redesigning systems as needed
- You exercise strong judgment around operational and regulatory risk, and know how to partner effectively with Legal, Finance, and external vendors
- You work well cross-functionally, coordinating with Recruiting, IT, Security, Workplace, and Finance to ensure smooth execution without unnecessary complexity
- You are motivated by building reliable, scalable operations and take pride in making complex processes simpler, more transparent, and dependable over time
