Responsible for the overall development and management of a healthcare staffing team, including leading them to successfully achieve departmental and company sales goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for achieving annual sales budget by developing and implementing action plan(s) in advance to ensure attainment of company sales goals; proactively modifies and implements action plan(s) in reaction to forecasted changes in sales budget.
Provides ongoing training and coaching of Staffing Consultants to achieve sales activity and sales production goals.
Promotes and cultivates a positive, high-energy sales culture through collaboration with fellow Recruiting Managers.
Works with each Staffing Consultant on a regular basis to teach new ways of selling company services to clients and providers.
Provides executive management with relevant information to help in the determination of marketing strategies and identifying company growth opportunities.
Responsible for strategically balancing sales volume and daily margin rates to achieve monthly sales budget.
Evaluates and adjusts accordingly on an ongoing basis what company bill rates are for the various specialties in addition to what the company pays its providers.
Performs the job functions of an Account Executive and Staffing Consultant as needed.
Develops in depth knowledge of market trends in healthcare staffing by reviewing healthcare related issues through use of Internet, review of print journals and networking with other professionals in the industry.
Performs other projects as assigned by executive management.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
Four year college degree in a business related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Three or more years of successful sales or recruiting management experience.
Two or more years of staffing industry management experience desired, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt to and implement change.
Ability to manage stress and conflict.
Demonstrated ability to develop sales or recruiting personnel for professional growth and business success.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software applications.
Previous experience with use of CRM databases desired.

Immediate Consumption Manager – Southern California Region
The Immediate Consumption Manager is accountable for on-premise selling of cold drink, fountain and vending. This position is also accountable for primarily new customers (acquisition) and minimal account maintenance on big accounts or problem areas and to access and persuade throughout the selling process. This role will support their team and the Southern California and Las Vegas marketplace.

Financial Operations Supervisor
The Financial Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives to maintain timely service and minimal aged accounts receivable balances for our Direct Bill business. This includes controlling the statutory penalty and personally assisting in escalated or complex accounts.
Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Supervisor include:
- Manage the performance and development of seven individuals
- Assign work and ensuring proper workloads
- Contribute to the creation and updating of policies and procedures that align with best practices for billing and collections functions.
- Assess and evaluate business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with key business partners
- Ensure timely collection and/or disbursement of aged receivable balances
- Identify opportunities for coaching and training for team and/or individuals
- Resolve escalated or complex inquiries and accounts
Required Qualifications for Financial Operations Supervisor:
- Bachelors Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Billing or Collections area
OR - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Billing or Collections area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
- People management skills
- Knowledge/experience with insurance
- Experience with SAP
- Accounting and/or reconciliation experience
Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases.
